We don’t have a Runza place close by to us so we ordered 15 sandwiches to eat and take home to freeze. I wish they would put one in Sioux City, IA. At least the restaurant would be close then to us.

The girl at the drive through charged us double for our meal, and wouldn’t correct her errors. Then she wouldn’t give us onion dip because it “would cost more.” When we asked to speak to the manager, she walked 2 feet away from the window, yelling and carrying on calling us names because we didn’t want to pay $29 for only two meals on temperature Tuesday! She then went and crumpled our Runzas into balls and squeezed and ruined them. This staff member belongs in some sort of lock-down facility, instead of working with the public!!!!
