The restaurant was very casual-feeling, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and they seemed happy to help. The food there is good, but the Runzas there are just not for me. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of bugers and fries.

Warning! The entire road in front of the Nebraska City location is being completely replaced. You will have to loop around carefully and will take a while due to slow traffic, possible train in my case and figuring out which roads lewd to Runza when you are having a “Runza fix” as I was. This is always our last stop when leaving the Omaha and NE City area. . .the food quality has seemed to diminish some. It’s simply not as good as previous visits. The staff is always super nice and very helpful and expedient. The dine-in restaurant area does close at 8 PM, even on the weekends.

I come thru the drive thru ordered two jr. chicken ranch wraps no cheese, nothing too crazy, i get my wraps and it’s only chicken, and the slightest bit of lettuce, no ranch, no cheese. I go in just to get what I ordered, very politely. But there should be no reason an employee is talking about a customer when standing right there, it is absolutely absurd, embarrassing, inappropriate, especially as a grown man. I’m sorry you couldn’t make my food right, that was a very quick fix. And it wasn’t even that good.

I was skeptical. Turned out it was really good! They have regular cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings… I got the cheese runza with onion rings and fries. It taste just like a bierocks! I was impressed . The building was clean, not too busy, workers were nice, and played good music. We will be back again♡
