Runza Restaurant is a Nebraska exclusive fast food chain. I tried their signature sandwich with cheese, onion rings and fries. I didn’t care for the sandwich. The onions rings were breaded and the crinkle cut fries ordinary. The ranch dipping sauce was very good. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable.

This is one of the poorer Runza experiences. Did the drive thru and we weren’t given ketchup or napkins. The fries were over salted, the frings only came with one onion ring, the chicken tenders were over cooked. Woof.

I just want to give a big thanks to the staff that works there. They were very helpful today. I had a rewards for my birthday but the online app crashed. However they took my word and honored the discount. Technology is great when it works right but good natured people that understand and know how to fix minor problems are even better… thanks!

Really delishious food…not your typical “fast food”. If you’re driving through Nebraska…you MUST stop and try this. I would recommend the chilli and cinnamon roll (sounds strange, but it’s surprisingly good)

Dined in with some friends from out of town who hadn’t yet experienced a Runza. They said it was good, but everybody knows the burgers are far superior. It was a pleasant experience but they forgot one of our items. It did make for some comedy – we were just commenting how novel it is they still mumble your order through the mic. When the gal asked the back why they didn’t have that item ready, the reply was “you didn’t say it on the mic”. “Well, it was on the ticket wasn’t it?” LOL. I’m sure this was just a fluke. I liked the history of Runza photos on the walls.
