Food is usually good. This time it was mediocre. Burgers weren’t even made right. And whoever’s rudely yelling before the window working can even say a word needs to be spoken to. Also, not sure why we can’t pick mobile orders up through the window? Curious as to why.. we went in and they were very chaotic and not the most pleasant bunch.

I absolutely love Runza. The flavor and quality of their food is great. The only thing that makes me disappointed within the last few years is that they have changed the size of their runzas to a smaller size, they only offer one size of fries now also. The cost of the food is still rather costly for what you get and now, you get even less. If they go back to their old portion sizes, I would give them 5 stars again!

We’ve had great luck in the past, but today was very bad. The chicken was not editable, the burger was hard, burnt, and old, the bun was cold and stale, the Runza was falling apart. The fries and onion rings were all we had left to feed the kids so after $30 to feed the family, a lack in standards it was a completely waisted trip. For one of our favorite restaurants to allow this quality of food out the door means we may not return to this location.

So we rarely eat out at fast food places but I really wanted a Runza so we drove into town, we live about 20 minutes out of Lincoln. When we got there I ordered everything, for 4 of us, and the lady said as she was reading my order back that they were out of Runzas. I was so disappointed that’s the whole reason I wanted to go there. The food was fine that we got, like I said was just disappointed
