The food used to be great. It never varied. The last few months our order has been missing items. The quality of food has gone down. The kids cheeseburgers were really good. Now it tastes like old meat and it’s half raw. Gross!! This has happened several times. Our fries this order weren’t cooked enough. They were greasy and soft. Of course this is a to go order so we didn’t know this until we got home. Do better Runza. You’re our go to fast food restaurant.

I had been wanting to try the Southwest Ranch Chicken Salad, and it was delicious and big — I made a second meal from it. The mostly young staff got a little noisy when they didn’t have customers, and one made an inappropriate suggestion, but I called him on the carpet and he apologized. Otherwise, great food, comfortable atmosphere.

We are bummed out because I brought my wife and kids. They wanted to try this place because they were told by their cousin that this fast food joint with a must-try. The whole point of eating here was to try the actual trademark runza. Unfortunately they only tried the cheeseburgers which they said was great.

First time eating at Runza restaurant. We both had hamburgers and onion rings with tea as a combo meal. Price was reasonable and we both liked our meals. Restaurant was clean and the help was friendly and very accommodating.
