Absolutely loved this Runza location. I highly recommend the Southwest Runza sandwich. Staff is wonderfully friendly and the bathrooms are super clean. Excellent place to grab a quick meal during a road trip or while visiting Scottsbluff.

Good location. Especially if you happen to be downtown. Restaurant is well maintained and also has great environment/decor. Service is okay and not slow. Food is alright. Menu feels a bit limited. Wish there were more options or maybe bigger portions. Parking is a bit tight.

Always a great experience when I go to Runza! I will say we had by far the best fast food customer service on 03/13 from Jeremy. He made it a point to connect to every single customer he rang up- which is pretty impressive considering it’s a fast paced setting. Every customer he spoke to walked away with a smile.

An incredibly large Runza with tables for large groups, separate rooms for groups, and bar-style seating for individuals. There’s even a fireplace! Very friendly staff and quick service.

new to town. dropped in to taste what they were advertising. I asked how big their sub sandwiches were. cashier described a 4″ sandwich so I decided to order a swiss and mushroom burger meal. I was given a number and told they would call me. filled my cup up, found a seat and they called my number. (that was quick) what I received was pretty sad. burger was the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger. Although it was delicious, it was very puny. fries were good. but $4 for that sandwich was a rip off. maybe next time ill order the sub.

My husband ,son any myself had burgers and fries this past Friday night(meals). We all had different types of burgers, first of all we noticed that the size of the fries were smaller then in the past. Then saw the burgers , they were thiner and smaller in diameter, then in the past. In all honesty the flavor was good, but for the cost of $36 for 3 meals. Not worth the cost. We’ll go elsewhere for our fast food treat.
