I use to love to shop and look forward to having a quick dinner before going home..the rolls and the beverages were awesome before the meal.. (btw-there is now an up charge if you want more than one roll) This last experience proved that this restaurant has changed their standards of quality. Get it together Ruscello!! Or I probably won’t be back.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Entire staff is highly unprofessional and I work in another department at this location. There is never anyone in the front whenever I’m placing an order. Today I was informed that my food was burnt twice 30 minutes before closing by the kitchen in efforts to get the restaurant closed in a timely fashion (exactly what I was told by the bartender). I was disappointed by the experience because every other guest in the restaurant and at the bar received their food fast and without problems. As someone who works in the same vicinity, I expect the same level of customer service as a stranger. I will never eat here again.

Very disappointed in the service experience. I frequent this location due to a few favs on the menu. The bartender clearly hates her job, over worked or all the above. Barely smile, linger wait times on taking order, following up.. no apologies just drops the plate on the table and keep going.

I love going here – great food and very convenient when you are shopping. I usually choose salad, but today I had the Flat Iron Grill Steak which hit the spot. I have always had great service and this Muddled Blackberry Lemonade was amazing!!!!

Not the same as the traditional Nordstrom’s Cafes I visited for over 30 years, and the one at the Perimeter for ~ 28 years. My 2 girls & I met @ the Perimeter location yesterday. They are now all grown-up but yet we were excited to go again all together. Sadly it just wasn’t the same. Our waitress must have been having a bad day. No smile and seemed very stressed. She returned to say they were out of many of the first things we ordered. I was still able to get what I always get there; Lobster Bisque & Nicoise Salad. But the salad was just a salad with soggy wilted greens, no capers nor crisp green beans & had odd-colored hard boiled eggs. And the bisque was lukewarm. Very sad & disappointing. Hoping it was just a supply chain issue & short-staffing problem ???
