Our 1st time here, and we were met with a Smiling and Happy Emily (She was AMAZING!) GREAT SERVICE! The food was delicious and hot. I had the Chicken Piccata, and my husband had Honey pepperoni pizza. Both were very tasty. We also had brushetta, and it was perfect. Nice open concept building where you can watch them hand toss the pizza crust. We topped our evening off with dessert, a cannoli that we ate when we got home, and it was good too. Great 1st experience. We will be back. Thank you, Emily, for a wonderful experience and for being a breath of fresh air in this working world. Your cheerful attitude made a difference in our day.

Check my wife here for her birthday. It’s a very interesting building and I enjoyed looking simply at the structure. However, when the food was placed in front of me, it was time to eat. This may be the best Alfredo sauce I’ve ever had. The only that might have been better was the original Olive Garden back from the 80s or 90s. Our party very much enjoyed what they ate except my daughter didn’t enjoy a certain mushroom pasta dish, but she can be a bit particular. Everybody else was very pleased with their order. This location is a bit out of the way and is in a bit of a strange place for such a fine restaurant. I hope that does not hurt them from staying open in this place because it’s nice to have it in broken arrow.

I went to this location for the first time. The host /cashier was very friendly and provided me with the best customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and he even gave me complimentary drinks while I waited. He gave me the option to wait inside or he’ll bring my food to the car. The environment was very calm and inviting. The restaurant was clean . I’d definitely recommend Russos to family and friends and I will return for more great food and amazing customer service .

I have ate here a few times now, and it has been consistently awesome! Get you an Italian works pizza paired with a draft peroni and you can’t go wrong. They have pasta dishes and many other options outside pizza. The bar is great with alot of drink varieties. The service and atmosphere are nice and seems like the servers really invest in making your experience great.

I can’t speak for the food, because I tried to order three different dishes, all of which, the waiter returned to inform me they were out of. The waiter was friendly enough, but refilled my son’s glass of water with a styrofoam cup of water instead of a pitcher or simply bringing a new glass of water. The atmosphere is also not great if you want to have a conversation with anyone sitting across from you at the table. The restaurant is very open and loud. I definitely will not be going back and would never recommend it.

I remember the appearance of Russo’s new building that mistakenly impressed me as a stuffy high end Italian food joint. Not my kind of place. Aversion to people packed restaurants then (and now) and the fact that I really am not a fan of Italian food made it easy to ignore. Out of curiosity this week, I got online and checked Russo’s menu. Right now, my wife and I are setting in a comfortable booth, waiting for a Chicken Rustica pizza! Yeah well, I will eat a Pizza now and then.

Great atmosphere, service, and the food was great. I am not used to the Wisconsin cheese on the pizza and it was very different. Not sure I would order it again, but everything was fantastic and everything was so fresh!
