New place on the far east of Midland. Friendly staff. I’m rating the food a 5 star ⭐️. Men’s restroom needs more attention. No toilet paper. Hand soap dispenser not working. Trash cans overfilled. Truck parking gets full after 5pm

Rustic Cafe had 5 short-stack pancakes with 5 side orders of bacon ready to go in 10 minutes! Loved the pancakes!! They were sweet, fluffy, huge, and homemade!! I didn’t give the atmosphere 5 stars because the Cafe is attached to a gas station/truck stop. It threw me a little… but it didn’t take away from the food or service. I’ll be going back!

The food has been good varies depending on the staff, (I’m guessing) same dish will not be as great consistently.. still a regular lunch choice wait staff is always friendly and they have a good menu selection. Sit down atmosphere is nice way more than I expected from a place connected to a gas station

there are a lot of local drivers who leave trucks for more than 10 hours restart. I think the nearest companies use this place to park their trucks. at 10 AM only a few parking spaces are available. Stopped here for a restart. There is a very good restaurant ️ I would definitely come here again. I also like the wide parking lot here

i ordered a side of sausage gravy & potatoes (so crispy and delicious), and our waitress already knew i wanted the gravy on top of the potatoes! they’re super accommodating, pretty fast and just really good food. and super nice people too 🙂 don’t let being a part of a gas station deter you!!
