Ordered an Italian sub with no pickles or peppers. Somehow, it translated into no onions and basalmic dressing? I’m not sure what happened there. 13$ sub with 1 slice of meat each and 6 strands of lettuce? No thanks. The girl playing register should not be in the food industry and stick to retail. Had no clue what/when food was ready to go and forgot your order minutes after giving it.

The one and only time I tried this place since it’s been rustic pizza the woman who runs the cash register who I believe is the owner was wildly disrespectful. None of the people I know that grew up in sherborn eat here since it’s been rustic.

The Ownership has changed hands over the years and is not a huge place but the current ownership does an outstanding job with their crust and they use quality ingredients on their Pizza. We drive the extra 10 minutes to this location and to date they have not failed up in providing a delicious pizza. We will continue to order from them.

I keep trying it to see if it gets better but it Keeps getting worse. Pizza is still ok albeit they were almost 2hrs late and got the order wrong the last time we ordered. The tuna sub I ordered was the saltiest tuna I’ve ever eaten and come on, two subs takes 20 mins to prepare?!?

Place is okay customer service lacks at point and they have messed up my order multiple times and also it took them almost an hour to complete an order. The food is very good for the price you pay. All in all it’s an okay place. If your looking for something good to eat in town look no further, if your looking for a place that is completely perfect it’s not the place because of the lack of speed and customer service. I recommend other pizza places though.

I order at least once a week from here. The steak sub is really good, as well as most of the pizzas I’ve tried. Although the chicken pesto pizza had way too much feta cheese for us. I recommend the Italian pizza if you like fresh mozzarella and a variety of meats.

Some of my neighbors (in sherborn) were coming over and we ordered pizza from Rustic Pizza. It’s local, close and we like supporting local businesses. Two pizzas were ordered for delivery around 5pm and were told it would be 40 min…6 o’clock and no pizzas, we call and are told they are running late, verified the order, and then waited…..pizzas arrive at 7 and the order was wrong, granted we should have checked when they were delivered, but assumed at least the order would be right after a two hour wait. At that point we felt it wasn’t worth even calling since everyone just wanted to eat. We wanted to give them another chance and ordered sandwiches two other times just hoping they were having an off night, we were wrong. The pastrami sandwich was a grease soaked bun filled with very little meat that was dried out and over cooked ….I am not sure how you can have dry meat with all the grease.
