Ordered over the phone and the girl who answered was very polite and respectful. However it was nearly an hour before our food arrived. Ordered two Italian Calzones which both were cold, the cheese was stiff and they were soggy and the portions were much smaller than dining in. On top of that the delivery driver was dirty looking.

I won’t be ordering from here anymore! I ordered 2 cheesesteak subs. Only got 1. Checked the receipt. Was only charged for 1 so I let it go. My son and I split the sub. It was horrible! It was greasy, cold, and the steak was over cooked and it had a bitter taste for some reason. No more subs from there for me!

We have eaten in the Cambridge Rusticana before and our pizza and fries were delicious!!! Tonight we decided to order carry out of the same. Our ticket was #182 and waited 35 minutes for meat lovers pizza and 40 for bacon, cheese fries. Yes, I know it was Friday night and the order/ pick- up line was out the door. I was patient., had a seat, and not in a rush at all.

Pizza was to take 30 minutes, waited 60 minutes for it to be ready. Got home only to find it was the wrong pizza. Called they said they’d bring the right one to us so far it’s been an hour and we still don’t have. So basically, so far 2 hours, no pizza and hungry – DONE!

I’ve ordered quite a few times, mostly delivery. The staff are nice and the food is always good. Only had a couple messed up things but nothing crazy. The only problem I have is with delivery time. It always takes an hour or a bit longer to arrive. Other than that, everything has been great!

First time ordering a pizza at establishment. I was very happy, the pizza crust was correct consistency nor to thick or thon, but crispy and buttery. Had the correct elasticity also. The cheese and toppings were great. High quality suasuage. The customer service was excellent. A little pricey, but worth it. Saw a lot of bad reviews mostly for delivery times so I was hesitant. Will definitely go back.
