The name of this place makes NO SENSE at all. That’s probably why it’s never busy. This place should have non hotel guests filling the place all the time. It’s fine dining with fine dining pricing- BUT NO WAIT. Steak was cooked perfectly. Shrimp fettuccine has an excellent appearance and flavor. 4 stars because French onion soup was WAY too salty. Will visit again when I want to eat higher quality food and not have to wait for it.

Jay- the waiter is amazing. Overall the management seemed to be unprepared for the number of folks but the food was good and if you got Jay as your server the service was amazing.

For 50 dollars I was not satisfied at all the flavor was good but the Broccoli was not cooked enough , there was barely enough gravy to eat half my food .I am very upset with the Elegante for not expecting one of there restaurants to give the best quality food and I hope they fix this ..

Our room was absolutely un acceptably dirty. Located fingernail clippings and the amount of dirt and dust made it look like the room hadn’t been cleaned in at the very least, weeks if not months. When the front desk staff was notified, they attempted to argue and say it had been cleaned. The lobby and event portions were very neat. The indoor pool was okay but again, it looked as if they didn’t maintain the cleanliness at all.

Ate here three times while on site, food was good, wait staff not so much. The first dinner our waitress was good, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. The following two breakfast, we couldnt get coffee or tea refills nor our check. Even when trying to talk to the waitress from a few feet away she’d turn away and ignore us. Hard to finish up and move onto a convention session when you can’t get your bill.

Came down for the 45th Colorado Springs Liftoff. Late night dinner at the bar waitress was great.

It was nice being with a party as the fellowship made the experience bearable. But the room didn’t have working fixtures nor T.V. We paid for Premium. The pool was at least chlorinated, but the concrete was stained and dirty looking, ran down and seemed broken everywhere. The premier lounge breakfast was gross and stale. Dog pooped 8n hallway, someone cleaned up poop, left skid marks and poop in trash can over 36 hours later still smelled awful waiting for elevator. For volume of people visiting and proces paid, they need more staff. Couldn’t get towels in a timely manner, due to not having staff. Bar was not staffed, entire hotel dirty.

The food was better than expected. I don’t generally enjoy seafood buffets (unless I am on the coastline, near the source) because typically the seafood is not fresh and delicious. But, the food was very good! The restaurant itself was dirty and the service was horrible. GRATUITY IS ADDED TO THE BILL. Otherwise I would not have left such a generous tip. Management needs to get a grip on making better decisions on who they hire to represent their business. I don’t want the server haning out at my table repeating how many personal struggles they have. I just heard the same, exact story when she told guests at the 2nd table down from us. She would come to bring us something that we had asked for & pretty much refuse to clear the dishes. Horrible service. The floor was filthy. It wasn’t terribly busy. If they can camp out at our table, even after being dismissed, they should be ahead of their game in making the customer a priority. The crab legs were full of meat & delicious. I will not be forced to pay a bad server more than average tip when the service is not outstanding. I tip very well for good service. This COULD be a thriving dining spot. I hope that management pays attention!

The food was decent. They do not give an itemized bill at the end – it is just the total, so we didn’t know what we were paying for exactly. I was not the only person to comment on that, either. They also added a 20%-ish “Service Charge” which I took to mean a tip. I did not add a tip on top of that. Also, they advertise that you can just have a salad bar (not the entire seafood buffet), but it is all one thing. So there is no way of distinguishing that I only had the salad bar that night. I’m allergic to shellfish, so there was no way I had any of the seafood. It was far too expensive for what we had that night.
