Why did you destroy the best hamburger in the city? Hamburgers used to be thick, juicy, flavorful, and overall-the best! Now, you can tell it’s just an ordinary frozen puck that you can get anywhere. It was dried out and had no flavor. Been going out of our way to come in once a month or so, over the last 8 years. Been away for about 2-3 months and came back to this change. Have no need to go out of our way to come back. Very very sad and disappointing. Been in business and food operations my whole life. The person that made this change needs fired before they destroy what is left of your once loyal customer base. Business 101: You never screw with your product quality just to save a little (labor) cost, especially when you are on the upper end of the price spectrum. Pathetic.

Oh Rusty Bucket, How much do I love thee? Let me count the ways. You never be disappointed with the friendly servers and awesome food. Perhaps some of the best French Onion soup that I have ever had. Double Nickel Salad with grilled chicken, Fish and Chips, huge juice burgers, delicious pizza, and the list goes on and on! I have NEVER had a bad meal here!

It’s a good place to go, especially with groups or friends. The staff seems nice and friendly. I would like if payment could be made at the table instead of the card being taken out of sight. Other than that, it’s a great experience.

Making a reservation was a great option for us and the table was ready when we got there. Our server was wonderful. His name was Harry and he had a great sense of humor and he was attentive. Our food was delivered hot and meal was as ordered. Great experience–we will be back!

I loved the Rusty Bucket. My husband and I came here for an anniversary brunch this weekend. Two years ago we were able to use their private back room for a mini reception after we got married. The atmosphere is nice, but can be a little cramped if you go when it is busy.

My family and I was at the Rusty Bucket at the Dublin location on 08/02/23 and the food and service was amazing the server Ayla was great she was extremely friendly and checked on us frequently the Buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing we will definitely be coming back soon thank you for the excellent service
