We chose this location based on how many starts it had. We have been to other locations and have had no issues. Chose this because I wanted a burger and sweet potato fries. Sat at the bar. Got in just before the dinner rush was in full swing. I ordered the Blueberry Bella, which is so good! I made my own burger and had sweet potato fries. My husband had the Rueben sandwich with a side of the street corn. Everything tasted great!

We waited about 5 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge we were there. It was not busy.. we ordered soft drinks so it’s not difficult, both of new what we wanted yet. We still had to wait. He took our order, delivered our food, and that was it. No conversation or check-in to see how our food was. Our service at the Rusty Bucket in Gahanna is ALWAYS top-notch. Jill, our bartender, and the 3 managers are always on top of everything. This place was a major disappointment.

The outdoor patio is awesome and although they were busy our host made sure we got and outside table. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is The GOAT! Waitstaff is incredible and the wrap around bar pretty cool. Best place near the Hills to eat. Completely recommend always consistent and good!

Our waitress seated us at a table that was very wet I know she saw it because she looked at it and tried to cover it up by laying our menus on top of it. The food was terrible cold, soggy bread & my salad was a head of lettuce with not much more on it just AWFUL. Total waste of money NEVER AGAIN.

Every time we eat here it’s absolutely horrible, the food doesn’t taste good and many times is plated and served like a mess. Specifically when we ordered today, our philly cheese steak was served like a huge mess with way too much cheese and meat so that you cant even pick it up and the steak was more like unseasoned ground beef. The mac n cheese is watery and flavorless except the bread crumbs on top that tasted stale and almost chemically. There’s a reason why we only go here when we have a gift card.

It’s a pretty consistent place. Everything is a la cart though, so it can be a little pricy. I had the special shrimp scampi with a side of broccoli. It was good the portions was ok. Their mushrooms soup was delicious!!! My husband had a salad and their Bucket burger. He said it was good. No dessert or drinks and it came to 71.00.
