Food was delicious, we have been here several times recently, and the food is good. This most recent visit the service was well below par. We waited at the bar for a drink for at least 5 minutes, then waited another 5 minutes for our drinks to be made. Perhaps 10 minutes later our bartender took our food order. When our food was delivered, the bartender never asked if we wanted another drink, or checked to see if the food was good.

Food was horrible to say the least. They serve their burgers on an English muffin, which sounds good and interesting, but they do not toast the English muffin. It was cold. The burger itself was very bland.. no taste or flavor.

Love it! You have to go for wing night- the most flavors in the Lakes Region. Very friendly bartender. Well worth the drive to the Alton traffic circle. Live music never disappoints, either!

Have always had a decent experience there except tonite ordered a burger wasn’t cooked way wanted it was fixed by server. 2nd one was brought out an had bacon an fried egg on it bacon was legit hard as a rock an egg was all over burger an plate. But manager took off bill as he should an was polite an saying he will take care of us next time. Only way I’ll eat there again is if he or this one women are in kitchen. Long story short can’t have kids running a kitchen who can’t cook.

Great little place. Bar pie is excelent. Fried green beans are great as well. I ordered spicy corn chorizo chowder well no go on that one. It was 2 cans of corn in a bowl, I sent back for more broth and it did come back with broth but no chiorzo and no kick.
