Very nice couple, great customer service, warm and friendly! I had the blackened grouper which was tasty, so was my husband’s porkchop. My favorite side was the baked beans, they were smoky and flavorful, my least favorite side was the macaroni and cheese. They gave us Brunswick stew to try and it was tasty, the cobbler was good too

Fabulous home cooked, comfort food. Tons of flavor with great conversation while you wait. It’s never a long wait and you can phone ahead if you like. I recommend the pulled pork it’s always perfect.

I have had a lot of BBQ. All over South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. This is by far the best BBQ I have ever had in my entire life. Everything was perfectly prepared, fresh, and flavorful. Their BBQ sauce is FANTASTIC–smoky and savory. Price was reasonable. Sides were also fresh and flavorful– potato salad, coleslaw, collard greens. Had the blueberry cobbler for dessert and it was a tasty cobbler too.

The worst BBQ ever! And I use the term BBQ very lightly. Food was bland. Ribs were heated in microwave didn’t taste good, not even a little bit, I ordered half slab of spare ribs, when I got home their half slab translated into 2 bones. Beans seemed to be straight out of the can. I’m shocked, frustrated and completely disappointed with the whole experience. It was such a waste of money, we couldn’t eat that food, it really was that bad! First and last time eating here. Save your money, go somewhere else, or better yet cook at home, homemade is always better.

I hope they do well here. But the food is horrible. A lady had her small grandchild in the store with her WITHOUT A MASK FIRST. Then the food ribs collard greens green beans etc. Was taken from a freezer precooked and heated in a microwave. Absolutely zero flavor in anything. I mean zero. Then too busy having to parent, my order was wrong. Had I not checked before I left I would’ve been a tad bit more disappointed once I got home. It’s one and DONE for me. But I wish them well.

Very good barbecue. No pretense. Smoked pork; good sauce. It’s not magical, but you’d be very happy to have more. Nice menu of plates and a long list of sides. The beans were cooked with a healthy dose of pork. My son rates them as excellent. Prices are very reasonable, and the boxes are well filled. The food alone gets four stars, but the friendly service makes the experience a 5. BTW…the google maps closing time is incorrect. He closes at 7:30. The country fried steak ribs, and fried chicken are in mind for the next visit.

Real nice folks and amazing food. They accidentally gave me the wrong change and they rushed out the store trying to fix it. When we got home the meat was so tender and tasty. Would buy again!
