Ordered a carryout pizza last week. We had the Hawaiian with Canadian Bacon and pineapple. (YES, pineapple belongs on pizza!) It was absolutely delicious. Only issue was driving back to Madison without being able to sneak a bite! The staff was so friendly. The menu is amazing! We will definitely be back.

The staff is really good. There are some that still need training, but they are a young restaurant and are getting better. I have never had a bad server. The food is always good. If there is a mistake or the food is wrong, they will fix it as best as they can. The owner is really nice and friendly. The prices are really reasonable. Steak and side $ 7. Pizza is super good also.

My first time ordering from Rusty’s and everything was great, the people taking the order were polite and well spoken,delivery driver was on time and polite and the food was great. I ordered Cajun Angels and a French Dip ,both were delicious. It’s great having delivery of food other than just pizza especially in Marshall. I look forward to trying out the rest of their menu

Went last night on their 1 year anniversary and had the fried Haddock. VERY GOOD! We’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Staff are always super friendly and we have never had a bad meal! Last night they started a salad bar and it was a nice addition.

First time eating here with my boyfriend and brother. We are trying the local places with hopes to move to Marshall soon. It was a nice restaurant. Quiet and the food was good. Loved the cheese bread, the burger tasted homemade, and my brother absolutely loved the French dip. It was definitely worth the Sunday afternoon visit!

My wife and I ordered wings and the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza. The wings were nice crispy and golden brown. The buffalo sauce had a good flavor while also having spice. The pizza was excellent, our 19 month old tends to be very picky but he couldn’t get enough of the pizza, he’d do a little happy dance after each bite. Thank you for a great dinner.

Rusty’s food is just not that good. Simple as that. My wife and I tried the pizza when they first opened last year and it tasted like a cheap frozen pizza. We have tried Rusty’s 2 more times since then hoping that they were still working out the kinks as they had just opened, and also tried different menu items each time hoping to find something decent. Each meal was extremely disappointing and a better meal could be had at Kwik Trip for a fraction of the price. We had high hopes for this place as there are not many dining options in Marshall but it is safe to say that yesterday will be the last time we eat at Rusty’s.

My family and I had pizza there on a Saturday. Prices were as expected, and the staff was very friendly and also very patient with my messy little boy. They brought us a nice kids cup and extra napkins to clean up some messes. The owner, Don, took some new cheese balls around that he was considering trying out on his menu. They are doing a great job at trying to make their customers happy. I see there are some negative reviews here and on Facebook, but it seems Rusty’s really does care about operating a quality restaurant and catering to their customers.

Great food, and very polite and friendly staff, but the service is super slow. We have been here twice and both times it took 45 minutes or more to get our food. The most recent time I think there were 5 employees present and about 8-10 guests and it was still super slow. I want to rate this place higher, but it just takes way too long to get your food. If you are not in a hurry, the food is worth the wait, but otherwise give this place a pass. Not sure if we will go back, although this is one of maybe 3 sit-down places to eat in Marshall.
