First time buying this pizza after hubby trying to get me to try it for a long time now and I will NEVER order Rustys again…burnt and such a nasty flavor ..kids were disappointed…after paying the high prices customers should always be satisfied…pizza hut and Dominos better than this anytime..

Given human kindness! I called to place an order for delivery but, there were multiple charges from a scheduled Amazon purchase which, caused my credit / debit card to self block in an effort to prevent fraud. So, I called card holder services and waited on hold for 30 minutrs while being “forced” to listen to loud music. The music worsened my headache and, no one ever picked up. I decided to use another debit / credit card and, called back to Rusty’s on Bernard. Both times I was quoted a one hour 15 minute delivery time, however, the manager must have immediately placed my pizza in the oven. About an hour after placing the order and 25 minutes following payment, my large pizza arrived at my door, hot and, delicious. It was accompanied by a garden salad and, small 12oz Coca – Cola bottle for about $40. I was in tears of gratitude at their kindness. They have a repeat customer.

Best Pizza Place Ever! The pizza is great. The wings are great. Everything about this place is great. One time a couple of infividuals robbed our pizza and the wonderful staff ended up giving us two pizzas and wings. Would recomend for a family reunion!!!

Friendly, intelligent staff. I choose this place as it’s close to Dignity Memorial Hospital. The pizza is the best i can remember having in ages! I forgot my napkins and cheese packets and they ran it out to me before i drove off. Super conscientious group. I highly recommend this place.

Rustys is always a great place for lunch food is great and never had a bad experience…. but the staff was very efficient and helpful for being lunch rush and only 3 people working the front. They all acknowledged every customer who entered and made sure everyone was attended to in a timely fashion. The cashier Deborah was very helpful and took the time to ask me about what condiments I need with out making me feel like I was bothering her. If she’s not a manager she should be and she deserves a raise to be able to balance all the many different things all at once…. RUSTYS never disappoints
