Fabian was super nice and helpful! Soft cheesy pizza with fresh tasting toppings! Sauce seemed a bit sweet, but nonetheless very good pizza. The bread had small chopped garlic and was also yummy. The Rusty’s on Ming is also great. Drive through available as well.

Ordered a 25 peice hot wing. The only problem was it was more like a 15 piece. I got a bout 10 wings that were so ti t in size and had hardly any meat on them. Felt cheated for sure. The manager was nice and gave me extra celery, which I appreciated.

Had my sons birthday party there on the 4th of July. I called the week prior to reserve tables but they couldn’t take any reservations on a holiday instead I was told that they didn’t expect it to be too busy and if I came early I could save some tables. So that’s what we did. I got there early and the rooms both said reserved. I went in anyway and an employee asked if I made a reservation for the room. I told her no that I was told that we couldn’t make any reservations on a holiday but that we were expecting around 40+ people. She said ok and allowed us to use the large room. We had 2 tablecloths and a decorative centerpiece for his cake table. The manager came in and told us we couldn’t decorate anything because we didn’t make a reservation. I explained to her that we tried to make a reservation but were told we couldn’t due to the holiday. There was no one else in the entire restaurant. Literally no one. It was my son’s birthday, the decorations were 4th of July themed and it was the 4th of July. There were no balloons or party bags just a cake table setup of 2 tablecloths and a decorative piñata for the table. She just said sorry you can’t have it in here so she made us put all of it in our car. It was very petty and I wanted to leave and take our business elsewhere but my son wanted Rustys so we stayed. The manager was rude to some of my party guests, I was told she was ignoring them at the register and walking away without a word after they said thank you at the end of the transaction. Even after being pretty much the only customers they had inside the restaurant the entire time they never spoke to us. It was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. This new “team” of employees has very poor customer service. After 17 years of birthday parties at this location I will not be giving this place any more of our business.

Came as a suggestion from a friend that lived in the area. At first impression I was not too excited. The hostess acted like I was a burden… However, the other staff were SO kind and accommodating. Once the pizza came I completely forgave the hostess. It’s good, like, really good. Reminded me of a place I went as a kid. My son has the cheese pan pizza, and I had the thin crust BBQ chicken. Both were perfect! We WILL be back!

I was hesitant to buy from here and I should’ve went with my gut. I ordered a large(it’s not that large tbh) pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and tater wedges. The only thing that felt like it was worth the price was the wedges. 20 dollars for a pizza that isn’t even as good as the ones I could get from T he fastfood pizza chains for much less.

Used some free personal pizza coupons we had from donating blood at the houchin blood center. Came in around 6 or so and walked right up and made our order for the 2 personals with a large super wedge. Took about 15 minutes or so for the 2 pizzas and an extra 5 for the wedges but they were fresh out and super hot and very good. Gave us a bunch of extra ranches which rustys have some of the best ranch for wedges and pizza. The place had a party of sorts going out in the other park of the building so I guess you can rent it out if you want for birthdays and stuff which is cool. Had an ok arcade area and the soda selection could be better.

The pizza is always amazing and the staff are always super nice and make you feel comfortable, they didn’t have one of my orders ready and they decided to give it to me for free and throw in free ranch and everything and apologized for the inconvenience, I gave them a tip because I really appreciated how nice they were and I made sure to let them know stuff like that happens and it was no big deal

We order from here often. It is slowly on the decline in quality. The pizza was not tasty. It was over cooked (blackend the toppings) we could not tell which toppings were what. Friendly group of guys working, very personable, and helpful. But, I feel that maybe they need to have a person/manager on each shift. I felt like they didnt have quality in mind nor truly acknowledge that they are making dinners for families with each pizza that goes out.
