Their staff was friendly and helpful explaining the options for the new build your own model. I had a rice bowl with chicken, spicy tomato sauce, green chutney, and various veggies. I was impressed with the number of options available, as well as the flavor and freshness of my bowl. I would skip the potatoes next time though (cold and barely seasoned). Portion size was decent, but I ate it all in one sitting. Also got a garlic Naan, it was really delicious. Prices are around the new normal. Looking forward to going back soon.

I’ve always loved Ruta’s and frequently visited their old location. I love their new make your own bowl! (It’s kind of like Indian food meet chipotle but way way better and with super fresh ingredients). I’m also dairy free and they have vegan options which is great. It’s so flavorful and I highly recommend this hidden gem!!

Great food. Sweet staff. Probably the best yogurt sauce I’ve ever had (And my husband makes an amazing one I thought couldn’t be beat)! Fresh & flavorful. If you are unfamiliar with Indian food, I think this would be a great place to try. 🙂 really love the energy & vibrancy Rutas brings to Crossroads Collective!

From the moment we entered Ruta’s, the enticing aromas drew us in. And then the great service of Mira and the rest of the team carried us through the fabulous options to create our own unique Indian experience. The Lassis were also delicious and a nice mellow flavor. We very much enjoyed sitting outside with the other patrons and young families at #Purple Door next door. What a great community.

Why didn’t I take a picture? The Goa Pork was as delicious as it was beautiful to look at. The pickled vegetables with it were so fresh and good. The mango and cardamom lassi was so refreshing and satisfying. The service was very friendly. Definitely coming back often. Great meat and vegetarian options.
