Well in my opinion just a below average steakhouse that just is brand new. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and were given a large table for 2 people. However, after this my experience was pretty negative. For starters, the drinks came out after the appetizers which is pretty ridiculous considering I only order 1 drink and a lemonade. Plus, you guys charged us 10$ for TWO LEMONADES which is absolutely absurd and my drink was almost 36$ for a pour that is 50$ for the entire bottle. The appetizer, Fried Calamari wasn’t too bad the sauce was pretty good and the calamari tasted how it should of. When my steaks came out, the steaks were cooked correct, and the meat was fine so that’s at least some points for this place. Now one thing that was really disappointing was your dessert menu, you only had 4 items on that menu which is absolutely ridiculous for a world class steakhouse. You guys have millions if not billions of dollars, so why don’t you expand your menu a bit, you can make a lot more money by doing that. However, the biggest disappoint was the service since our server was very slow when we asked for things and he took about 15 minutes to get us our check, plus we saw him bring out the drinks for nearby tables after their appetizers as well. Definitely not worth 300$ for 2 people since i’ve gotten a better experience in other restaurants for almost half the price, and this place its 10 miles away from where I live so I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. What a shame what Ruth Chris, a once luxurious steakhouse has become, you guys used to be one of the best in the business but now your only a second rate steakhouse who charges exorbitant prices for your stuff, what a true shame!!!

Sunday evening and I needed a good steak! I had the classic shrimp cocktail and the ice cold beer was an excellent start! I chose the filet which was cooked to perfection ! Baked potato and salad ! An excellent meal and Maddi my waitress was great! Very attentive!

First time there, and I wasn’t sure what I would expect. This was fantastic, we chose the all-in-one price option and we were NOT disappointed. We got soup or salad, an entree, and dessert for one price. The food was cooked to perfection and the meat was like butter, soft and delicious. Our waiter was Robert and he was an excellent server and an even nicer human. I jokingly told him to tell his parents what a great job they did raising him.

If I could give this restaurant ten stars I would. My boyfriend and I had our anniversary dinner tonight. I put it in the reservation. I did not expect to be seated in an intimate area with a table that had happy anniversary confetti strewn all my over, but there it was! I did not expect every member of the staff to wish us a happy anniversary, and yet they did! It was such an incredibly thoughtful and memorable experience. On top of that, Matt, our waiter, was warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. He didn’t rush us, and was so helpful. The manager came to check on us, and he too wished us a happy anniversary. He was kind and welcoming. When Matt brought out a dessert that said happy anniversary on it. What an amazing experience. I can’t get over the thoughtfulness and effort this establishment put into our experience. Such subtle details truly went a long long way. And to top it off, the food was SUPERB , and piping hot when it got to the table. We can’t wait to go back.

Went for NYE with friends. Service was fantastic. Mikayla was very sweet, knowledgeable and patient. Isaac was also so very nice changing our reservation and wow what a speaking voice!! Ok onto the food, we got the seafood tower. Everything was fresh. The tuna was my favorite. My husband and I got the porterhouse for 2. It was cooked perfectly. The creme Brule was so delicious. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our night.

Really nice upscale steakhouse where the experience starts with the ambience and is followed by the great service and the outstanding dishes. Really enjoyed the 11 oz filet and the sweet potato casserole. From desserts I’d like to highlight the crème brûlée which I really liked. Price aligned with expectations, solid alternative for a nice dinner out.

We had an amazing experience here with my family for Christmas dinner. Thomas the waiter, management and all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Top notch service at this location! The food was absolutely fresh and delicious, couldn’t be better. Everyone at our table enjoyed the evening dinner. I highly recommend this steak house!!

Another fantastic dining experience at Ruth’s Chris! We dined at the bar and Francesca was our bartender/server. We love the zucchini fries! We also had the steak sandwich’s. Amazing! Margaritas of course were on point! We will be back soon!

We jave dined at RC at various locations in the metro area and Florida. Manhattan is tops. However, this is not a negative review but one that cannot be described as exceptional. The interior design lacks warmth. The staff was courteous and attentive, yet not enthusiastic for a saturday night. I mean, a server is going home with $500 to $1000 tonight and I am happy to lay it on, but the vibe was business like compared to other locations. The food was exceptionally prepared and presentation was ordinary. The sea bass was prrfect, the prix fix of appetizer, filet with shrimp, vreamed spinach and cheesecake is a deal not to be missed. Will return.
