My husband and I came here recently and had a great experience with the staff. The food was amazing per usual and we loved every single drink that we had. Everything was so full of flavor and the portions were great! Potatoes were a little on the dense side than creamy, but I guess that’s just preference. The atmosphere is different than some of the other Ruth’s Chris restaurants that we’ve been to in the past in a more dark and moody atmosphere, but still very enjoyable! I will say, we made reservations and did have to wait quite a bit longer than we had anticipated and overall our dining time from walking in the door to leaving was a little over over 2 hours. Definitely make sure to plan for that in advance! Otherwise, the staff were wonderful and helped us with any questions we had. We will be back for sure!

We went for our anniversary dinner, making the reservation online was easy. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was very nice, very attentive, and helped pick a great wine pairing with our meal. I ordered the lamb chops, my husband ordered the ribeye, everything was cooked perfectly. We got the sweet potato casserole and brussel sprouts to share. The portion sizes were plenty for the two of us. The prices were pretty steep, this is definitely a special occasion place. Our reservation was at 7:00 and the restaurant was full, by the time we were finished, the restaurant was pretty empty. I was surprised to see it clear out so early.

Went to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Huntsville for dinner. First time ever to a Ruth’s Chris for the two of us. The experience from walking through the door till the end was definitely a five star experience! Trudy, our server, went beyond our expectations. She made sure we understood the menu, and even gave recommendations. We ordered the seafood tower to start. What a beautiful setup of the seafood tower!! Everything on there was delicious and the sauces complemented it very well. For our entrees, we got the filet mignon and ribeye with sides of asparagus and mashed potatoes. The flavors were on point, cooked to medium rare perfection, and divine all around. We have never had steak that amazing! Trudy made sure we had everything we needed to make our first Ruth’s Chris experience memorable and she did just that. The whole staff and ambience was unmatched. Bravo! We will definitely be returning in the near future!

The best parts of the meal were the drinks. My stuffed chicken was great. My friend had the lamb chops and they were a bit too charred. Kinda thick which is why they probably have to cook so long. The spicy shrimp appetizer is very good. We ordered 1 but the server brought 2. We just kept it and paid for it because it was good. The mashed potatoes were kinda bland and dense. They remind me of badly made instant potatoes. That’s the only thing I would not order again. The bartender needs a raise. Those drinks were amazing.

The food was great and the server was very good but my whole perception of this place changed when I walked into the men’s bathroom to wash my hands and immediately seen all the gunk in the sink. Smelled clean but obviously wasn’t.

My wife and I had date night here for the first time and OMG the food was absolutely amazing. I had the stuffed chicken and lobster mac and cheese. My wife had a T-bone and fries. The portions were so huge that we shared everything then had leftovers. Our waiter, I can’t remember his name, but he was exceptional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I go to Ruth’s Chris about once a year. This was our first time going since they’ve moved into the medical district. Still the same great atmosphere and service. The food is amazing. The portions are sharable in my opinion. It says the dress code is business casual and strictly enforced however I saw several people in jeans and sneakers. What was really nice this time was that the servers had assistants helping so we always had everything we needed. Definitely a jewel in Huntsville to go check out for a special occasion or just to treat yourself.

We came in out of the pouring rain and worried we might be turned away because we were wet and wearing blue jeans. They treated us like we were dressed to the nines, and served us like we were celebrities. My husband always orders a steak, medium well and many chefs seemingly hate him for it and always insist they have to butterfly the filet. The steak came perfectly cooked without having to be butterflied. My lobster was excellent also. Demetria was our server. He was so pleasant, and an excellent conversationalist. This was such a great experience for weary travelers coming from a long day at the space Museum.
