I took my wife here for Valentine’s day. I got the 40oz tomahawk steak and she got the Steak and Lobster tail. Mine was really really good!! It wasn’t cheap by no mean but hey, it’s a once a year type of dinner. If only I could afford to eat here every weekend My wife said hers a good as well! Definitely worth the money!!!

Went to Ruth Chris Steak House while visiting Columbus. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ladies at the hostess stand were welcoming and friendly, and the food was great, but service was definitely lacking for a high-end place like that. The food comes out on a super hot plate, which we found out when our waiter was talking and explaining the restaurant to the table next to us, where he basically spent most of his time talking about anything and everything. As for the food, everything we had from the appetizers to the bone in filet to the lobster was outstanding. The cocktails and the dessert were pretty good, too. Overall, I would recommend this place, but I would sure hope to get a different waiter next time.

Great Experience at Ruth’s Chris. All of the staff my boyfriend and I encountered were very nice and accommodating. We visited Ruth’s Chris for our 2 year Anniversary! This was both of our first times at the restaurant and we were not completely disappointed. My boyfriend said the bread was a bit crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, & very hot when served (I did not taste). I truly enjoyed my stuffed chicken and my boyfriend enjoyed his lamb chops, both were very hot when served, as well as flavorful. Sides were large enough to share so we did. Garlic mashed didn’t have much of a garlic flavor but we added salt and pepper to taste and it was well, the texture was very nice. Honestly, the mac and cheese didn’t look too appealing at first sight but it ended up being very good! We both enjoyed our cocktails the Pomegranate martini and the Ruth’s Manhattan. Our lovely waiter was Grace! She did awesome! Very sweet young lady, she consistently checked in on us and was very patient with us as well. I would highly recommend her as your future waiter if possible! Management was also very nice, apologetic and accommodating. We will definitely be back to use our gift card and hope to receive the same, if not better experience. Thank you ALL.

I went out for dinner here on a business trip and it was fantastic. We went later in the evening after the late rush so it was very nice. I had the petite filet with shrimp and garlic mash, it was great! Highly recommend this dish and location. Great service the whole time.

We went out for a date night. I had never been to Ruth Chris but we had a gift card and decided to try it out . I absolutely recommend the sea bass! It was delicious. Also the cake was lovely. We will definitely come back again.

My family just came in tonight for the first time since the company was bought out. The whole table was less than satisfied with our meals. Two of us sent our steaks back because they were way too raw when we asked for medium well, and the quality of steak does not seem to be what it once was. Something is off and I don’t think we’ll be returning unfortunately. We’re disappointed because Ruth’s Chris is always our go to when we want to eat somewhere nice. Our waiter Chris was great though! 🙂

The Lobster Mac & Cheese and the Creme Brulee are my favorites so far. The Ahi Tuna and Ribeye steak were also good. The Raspberry Cosmo was a tasty drink. We were asked to move tables, which was odd, but the manager made it right by covering our appetizer and a round of drinks! We also received a complementary dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary!

I had a great experience here for restaurant week. We decided to have a ladies dinner. We dined here on July 27th,2021. I came here with friends and my sister. The food was delicious, but the service could have been better. For my entree I ordered the Crab cakes and my side was sweet potato souffle and a ceaser salad.
