Excellent dining experience. This location is located inside of the Soaring Eagle Casino. We had a large group and the staff was very good with making accommodations. All of the food was amazing and I’m not exaggerating. I don’t eat sweet potatoes often however I highly recommend you try them, they taste like dessert!

Exceptional experience from the hostess greeting to the final goodbye. Ribeye was cooked perfectly, & our server brought us out fresh hot plates in the middle of the meal. The manager Tier checked on us personally, & suggested the cheesecake for dessert. It was beyond delicious! Can’t wait to come back for our anniversary dinner, & I love the airy feel as opposed to the darkness every other Ruth’s Chris has. 5 stars

I have worked in fine dining for many years, so I was very excited to try out Ruth’s Chris and get the full experience. Unfortunately, this location was awful all around. The first time I went, my first impression was two girls at the host stand scowling and arguing with each other about where our party was to be seated. Anyone in food service could tell you that’s a severe faux pas. On top of that, the food took forever to come out and never was right. We went three times, and each time something new went wrong, not to mention the food looks like it was plated for an Applebees. The service is extremely subpar and not at all up to fine dining standards. They even served us an allergen after we repeatedly told them the allergy, and didn’t take the item off the bill until we asked at the end. The only saving grace of this restaurant was the cheesecake dessert. It’s extremely tiny and took 45 minutes to come out every single time, but it was so good I can’t lie.

Very mediocre staff. Not at all close to any other Ruth’s Chris level of professionalism. Especially when they’re charging a 5 star price and you receive a 2 star quality of service. We’ve went 3 times now and every time has been worse than the last. Our last and final time going there our waitress asked us to hand her our dirty dishes in the middle of us taking a bite. She also forgot 3 of our add ons and when we realized she said “the kitchen had already closed, sorry”. You can expect getting better service at your local chilis. Very surprised Ruth Chris corporate is allowing this type of unprofessionalism. Also! Our first time going there the 2 “hosts” at the host stand we’re arguing in front of us for 5 minutes before taking us in for our reservation!

The first time we went it was a nice experience. We spent almost $300 for a party of 2. Today we went with our friends and it was a horrible experience. When we were seated we asked for a happy hour menu because online it said happy hour was everyday. The lady at the front said our waiter would have the happy hour menu and lets us sit in the dinning room. Then it took so long for a waiter to even come up to us. When he finally did come we asked for the happy hour menu and he laughed at us and told us we needed to be seated at the bar mind you the First Lady didn’t say that. Then he proceeded to tell happy hour was everyday but Saturday. After so many people it was like setting us up for embarrassment because she couldve told us that when we first asked for the menu not just allowed us to sit there and be laughed at by the waiter. Never again will I spend my money here. It was no reason for that and very rude for the waiter to laugh in our face.

Once again Ruth Chris did not disappoint us. I was skeptical due to the location, but fortunately it turned out to be in the Top 3 of our favorable Ruth Chris dining locations. The food quality was superb, our Server (4306/Kashtin) was very attentive and pleasant. I tried the Lamb for the first time and it was VERY GOOD. We have been dining at various Ruth Chris restaurants for years and while we were never disappointed, we have enjoyed the entire dining experience at some more than others, but this particular one is in the Top 3. I know this location just opened 7 days ago, but I hope you continue to do what you did on yesterday (6-18-23)

I’ve yet to have a great experience at a Ruth Chris after two times visiting them. I ordered a steak medium it was brought out medium rare and lobster tail was way over cooked and crispy on the top. I received a replacement steak delivered by the manager and that came out really dry and over cooked also the second lobster tail came out crispy again. Then the manager talked for about 30 minutes to my dinner date about how he ran another Ruth Chris in Columbus Ohio (which by coincidence it’s the same one I had my first bad experience) so I couldn’t even eat & enjoy my meal listening to him talk. We waited on a tiny piece of cheesecake desert for 45 minutes after that. While we were waiting all the staff kept walking up and talking us to death so I couldn’t enjoy my experience. Staff were all very nice people nothing against them but it’s a very expensive 5 star restaurant it should operate as one. I’ve been to many 5 star steakhouses much better than Ruth Chris it’s very overrated and the service was on the level slightly higher then a Denny’s or Bob Evans.
