Unexpected gem! The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and the music will make you wanna get up and dance! 10/10!! Highly recommend that anyone passing thru stop by and try Ruth’s! Will definitely come back when we are back in Alabama!

Heard great things about this restaurant and had to try it. Nice Friendly Staff and Great Service. Loved the atmosphere. Music was playing and families were enjoying meals together. The oxtails are what drew me in, and they didn’t disappoint. They were delicious!!! I paired them with some mac & cheese and fried corn which were delicious as well. The sweet potato muffin was so good I wish I had gotten more than one. They also have other menu items that I go back and try. Had a slice of Red Velvet Cake and it was homemade and very tasty.

Warm and friendly, awesome food, entertainment on certain nites but 10. Dollars a head on entertainment nites. I got ox tails, mash potatoes with gravy and sweet potatoes, caramel cake all under 35. Food is good and worth the price!

After reading the other reviews, it seems I must have dined some place other than Ruth’s. I never like to give a bad review but the food was TERRIBLE. I had pork chops smothered with gravy, rice and butterbeans. The gravy tasted jar and whomever decided butterbeans needed a whole bag of sugar need their taste buds checked. I couldn’t finish my beans after 3 bites. I tolerated the pork chops and gravy but regretted getting the gravy on my chops. The rice was the best thing on my plate. Not sure what happened but they use to be a good choice. Not going back.

Customer service didn’t exist, the place is absolutely beautiful, super long line and the portion sizes were so small compared to the prices. Mac& cheese was good.

Visited for live music on Friday night. Abraham “The Voice” and band delivered with a great show. Great vocals and audience engagement. Food menu was diverse and reasonably priced. Vegetarian options is a plus and food was seasoned well. Will return for karaoke night on Thurs.

The food was awful and I really didn’t enjoy anything I ordered. The wait was long but it was Mother’s Day. We had a party of 7 and we should have chosen another restaurant. First i didn’t see the menu or prices posted nor the Health Department score. The food choices were terrible and the fried chicken and pork chops were in the pan. My daughter ordered pork chops and received one chop and a chicken thigh! They replaced the chicken after a long wait with half cooked meatloaf. The meatloaf tasted awful and the cabbage too. Actually they didn’t deserve the one star but I was being generous. We traveled out the way because my cousin heard that the restaurant was good but it was very disappointing. I will never eat there again!!

Service was subpar….food was ok…big portions …vegetables delicious but meats could use seasoning on meat and not just batter fried in. Sweet potato cornbread is a must have along with homemade pound cake. Waitress need more training on customer service(i.e. no drink refill, no suggestions on items to order, no follow-up on food that didnt arrive to table, no attempt at up sale, no inquiry about ordering appetizer or dessert, constant vanish and reappearing act)-however her manager advised issues would be addressed….will return for reevaluation
