Friendly service, but we struggled with what to order since the prices are not on the menu boards. There is a bit of a language barrier, and prices have increased since the last menu was updated on Google, so we opted for “safe” orders of sandwiches and fries instead of risking miscommunication. My friend and I each enjoyed a $12 margarita as we waited for our sandwiches at one of the outdoor tables. Our meals arrived in a timely manner (approx $15 each) and were very fresh with piping hot fries. My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and my friend said the same about the steak sandwich. Neither of us loved the slaw, but we did like the special sauce that accompanied our sandwiches.

Prices of food on ubereats are 30% more than in store, so I attempted to call in my order only to wait on hold for 15 minutes and then be hung up on. So I drove to the location and placed my order directly. I was told it was going to be 25 minutes of a wait. I am now at 45 minutes and still no sign of my food. This place is horrendously mismanaged with incompetent staff.

As previous Reviewers have stated; there can from time to time be a language barrier. However if one suspends one’s concern about that- it’s all too easy to fall in love with this – affordability; variety of offerings, very friendly staff and neighborhood family friendly establishment. A sister business to Pepperonis Pizza; one can mix and match – that is to say- no issue with buying a Pizza / or Slices at Pepperonis- and then bringing them to Ryder’s , taking a seat and either 1- just eating the Pizza; or adding to one’s meal by Ordering from the Ryder’s menu.

Ordered chicken nachos, fish tacos and steak enchiladas. Chicken nachos were missing the beans and sour cream. Steak enchiladas were chicken and the fish tacos were grey and rubbery.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was necessary. If I could give it not even a star I would. I placed an order for delivery and they said 45 minutes to an hour.. two hours passed I called them and they put me on hold over and over again. Needless to say they forgot my order. This wasn’t the only time they provided such bad service the other time was when I ordered food, was charged the amount then given half the meal and said they would give me a credit for next time. I get it, you’re busy and understaffed, but as a person who has worked in their industry I would never provide that service. Completely unprofessional and over priced for no reason. Disappointed because I use to enjoy ryders…

One star because they came eventually. But I have never once had a positive experience ordering from here. The order was two hours late. Wrong items. And this suspicious red watery stuff completely filling the bottom of the bag. Ew gross. Anyways. Have them over 15 chances not joke but the order is either wrong late or sometimes never even show up

Never again. Not worth the time and aggravation. I was charged $63.44 for 2 burgers and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. They delivered 1 burger and sticks but forgot 2nd burger, driver went back for 2nd burger and was charged again for burger and sticks. No I did not order or get 2nd order of sticks.

Food always takes forever, it’s overpriced, greasy, and doesn’t taste very good. Everytime I’ve ordered from here they forget something and in waiting for 15 minutes after they said it would be ready. The cashier is super nice though so that’s something.

My family and I decided to hike out to the Hampton’s from Babylon this past weekend…”Ryder’s Wings & Things” was one stop on our bucket list. The store Manager “Daniel” was extremely accommodating, pleasant, friendly, and gave great food service. The food tasted fresh , and was quickly given to us. The wings were flavorful, meaty, and juicy; crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Seasoned fries…excellent! My wife really enjoyed the Chicken Burrito. Kids enjoyed their large portion of wings as well. Interior decor’ is a bit worn and could use a re-fresh. However, if you are craving Rancheros / Wings …the food much more than makes up for it. We will definitely stop-in again the next time we are out that way.
