Very clean dining room each time I go although it is always for takeout. If they aren’t busy they’ll even bring it to where you are sitting. Fast service. I always get the $20 fried rice plate with shrimp and a sausage. So yummy, fresh, and HOT. LOVE IT. I don’t finish it all in one sitting, this can easily feed you 3x throughout the day. And when you reheat it, it doesn’t turn to trash. Stays moist.

Food was great and flavorful! Portions are HUGE!!! Service was HORRIBLE and weak! It was our first time here, as we found it on Tiktok and the staff wasn’t helpful nor inviting. Ordering was rushed and most certainly lacked basic customer service! Atmosphere was enjoyable once we made it past the staff! Prices were up there but they were worth it for the portions and flavor.

Food is okay, but the front counter service is not matching what I think the owner wants the atmosphere to be. It was not welcoming. It was not what was represented on the news. My daughter didn’t like her po’ boy sandwich. I liked my crab legs but didn’t have all the tools to eat them. Make sure you tell them if you’re eating “there” and ask for your cracker and pick tool, or bring your own. I live near Sea World. I won’t go back to this restaurant. There are too many better ones closer to me.

I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, the prices listed on Google do not match the nearly doubled prices in store! To see the correct prices, you need to go to the restaurant’s actual website. As others mentioned, all food is served to go even if you plan on eating in store. I ordered the 1 fish and 3 shrimp with fries. They give you tons of fries which make it appear to be a lot of food. Substitutions for sides cost extra. We ended up throwing most of the fries out because there was so much. The fish is very thin and heavily coated with bland cornmeal mix. The shrimp was in the shell and coated in the same mixture. It seemed over fried and too crispy. There is no table service, just order your food, sit and eat. I will be sticking to my tried and true seafood restaurant chain.

Ate here a year ago and the food was fantastic. I got the fried rice with boiled shrimp and sausage and it was fantastic. I thought I’d come back and try a boil. I ordered a pound of shrimp and a pound of snow crab. The shrimp was fine and cooked well. The sauce was very watered down. However the snow crab was a big let down. It was old and very rubbery in texture and taste was off. I wouldn’t recommend it. I expected more considering their snow crab prices are much more than other places like crawfish cafe or smashin crab. I stopped here because crawfish cafe is temporarily closed, however I won’t be eating at SA seafood again. The service was fine, the cashier brought my food out to me which was nice.
