Great restaurant! We just arrived in Florida and wanted some Latin food. Found this place on Google and wanted to check it out. Huge restaurant, however we went at 5:30 on a Thursday night, very quiet. We thought let’s eat before it gets busy. We chose to sit outside since we were indoors all day. Lovely patio. I ordered the mango Margherita, delicious, pretty presentation. We ordered the fajita and another meat platter, can’t remember what it’s called, both great portions and delicious. I would recommend this place. Service was good. The tap water, not so much. We’re not used to Florida drinking water. Overall, great restaurant.

Tried different items off their menu. Most were just ok. The steak was a little dry. Kinda costly too for lunch. Good service

Parking is limited in this lot, during most days and times. The food, service, and ambience were all great. The veggie burrito ($12.99) was delicious & huge! The portion sizes are large & the experience is great all around!

Our birthday party was scheduled on July 28th, Friday night. The table was reserved for us but after 45 minutes, the server Antonio informed us that we have to moved because our table was reserved for another group. Shocking, right? Table reserved and assigned for us. We were surprised to find out that the people who took over the table were previously guest and friends of the management staff. Why is that out of so many tables, ours was the only one was picked or chosen to be vacant just to give it to another group? NO explanation or reason provided to us. The restaurant’s reservation and special treatment seems to be limited to acquaintances, friends, family members and people of their kind. The restaurant management was seen as biased against other outside of their social group, displaying prejudice, stereotype and discrimination. The staff also handed over a $30 complimentary gift, which was seen as a gestures of kindness or in other words trying to make up for their screw ups. We found these unacceptable, totally rude, stupid, suggestive behavior of ignorant people and SHAME ON YOU the person running the floor. The restaurant staff’s behavior and actions exemplify the kind of people they have. I would leave zero star if I could for this place. BIG JOKE. The food was mediocre for the price and to make it even worse, it was not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a Sabor Latino flavors. The vibe, music and food feel ridiculously whitewashed. Definitely will not recommend this place after three strikes.

I was really happy with my experience dining at Sabor Latino. I have dietary restrictions (no meat, no dairy) and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the ingredients used in the dishes which helped me decide what to order. The food was very fresh and delicious. The plate was huge, platter-sized so there was plenty to eat and I wound up bringing a portion of my meal home. For the size of the dish, I thought it was very reasonably priced. I was there on the night they do karaoke (starts at 8pm) so after we ate, we had lots of fun getting up to sing and dance. I’ll definitely be back!

So, the reason for my 2 stars is because when asking for glasses of water, I was given bottles that they wanted me to PAY for because they don’t give out glasses of water on the weekend. And then told that there wasn’t enough glasses. This isn’t bashing our waitress at all. She was great, but the fact that this place doesn’t have enough glassware or the other reason being they didn’t give glasses of water on the weekend, is beyond ridiculous. THAT IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. Period. So with that being said, KNOWING you’re busy on the weekends why don’t you order enough glassware if that’s the case?? Because I love the food. I love the atmosphere. But tonight with the water situation, I will never come on a weekend.

We were celebrating our Birthday’s (Dad&myself) on Saturday August 26th, 2023 with Family. We made reservations a week before and had to reserve the table for 15 people with a $200 deposit. This was the second time we have been there since last year. I must say it has gone downhill. Last year no deposit was required, we received complementary water, the food was good but the service was still lacking. This year we were very disappointed that our waiter seem to lack experience or had too many tables to attend. I don’t recall him introducing himself. We asked for some bread and water for the table. He stated that they do not provide bread, therefore we had to order some chips and salsa. As for the water he brought us bottled water. He never gave us a choice of whether we wanted bottled water, tap-water or sparkling. When he brought us the bottled water they had Sabor Latino label on it, we thought it was complementary because we were never told otherwise. I have never been to a restaurant that has never offered water! Then, I finally had to say to him that we were ready to order dinner. His reply was oh you are? Dinner for the most part was good, except for the confusion of who ordered which dinner. He never came back to the table to see if we needed anything, to see if we needed to refresh our drinks. I had to ask him for a second drink, and so did the others on the table. They never cleaned off the table with our dinner plates. My cousin, cleaned the table and took the plates to the kitchen! After dinner, we enjoyed the music, dancing, etc.. We then asked for our checks. When I received my check, I noticed that there were charges for the bottled water at $3.50 apiece. I questioned him about that and he said that it’s standard practice so I asked to speak to the manager. The music was so loud we had to go outside, when I questioned the manager about the water, he replied that they pay for water, for ice, they provide security, they provide music and no cover charge. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say, I replied, there should be no charge for water. Your patrons should be given a choice of whether they want bottled water, regular tap water etc..and pay for it if that’s what they choose to do. As far as for the security, having to pay for water, ice, entertainment, and no cover charge that’s on the establishment not the patrons. We went there to eat dinner at 7 PM, spent quite a bit of money, service was terrible, never informed about having to pay $3.50 for each bottled water. We continued to go back-and-forth until finally he removed the $3.50 charges for our water. This could be such a great establishment if they had better management, SERVICE and upfront about their charges with the patrons. Not sure if I would go back!
