If you miss the island and want to treat yourself to a Boricua taste, Sabor Ponce is the place… from grandma’s kitchen to the food truck. The service is excellent and the prices match the amount of food served. It has tables and parking. Great!!

Kept eyeing this food truck and finally got to stop by. There’s not too many PR spots in west palm so I was excited to try the food. Nice sized portions, food came out quick and it was just what I was in the mood for. The arroz con gandules hit the spot & reminds me of what you get at PR family parties. Customer service was good, they even gave me some free sorrullos. Did not disappoint!

If you’re looking for truly authentic Puerto Rican favorites, this is the Food truck for you. The kids had the empanadillas de Pizza (Pizza Empanadas) and they were definitely homemade and not the frozen kind. Weh had the empanadillas de Jueves (Crabmeat Empanadas) and they were delicious with a crunchy shell and yummy crabmeat inside. We also ordered a small tray of bolitas de mofongo (small mofongo balls), tostones (fried crunchy plantains) with carne frita and chicharrón de pollo (fried pork chunks and chicken chunks) accompanied with some natural tropical juices Tamarindo and Parcha (Tamarind and Passion Fruit) and you will immediately know that these are not your store bought nectars that are super sweet and full of artificial ingredients; these were the real deal. The food was so good and not greasy at all, that we finished our first round and had to order another round. We are 30 mins away, but will definitely come back (already planned for next weekend. Give them a try and it will become your favorite too.
