Nice coffee shop and cafe with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The yogurt parfait is especially creamy and delicious, as are the bagel and egg sandwiches. The cinnamon rolls are massive and not too sweet with a nice, tangy cream cheese frosting. The coffee is good and the prices are reasonable, what more could you want from a good breakfast spot?

We had a great experience here. Party of 11 celebrating my birthday in Glenwood Springs. We celebrated my birthday breakfast here and everything was so good. The Daily Bread is where we wanted to have breakfast at but they refused to serve us because we were such a large party. So we came to Sacred Grounds and I am so glad we did, the food was delicious!! The service was kind and fast. We will definitely come back!

Had high hopes for this shop but was extremely disappointed. The service from begining to end of our visit was horrible. The attendant was not friendly nor helpful when asked questions regarding items on the menu. Price was a bit high for the simple sandwiches they offer. I wouldnt complain over a simple sandwich if the service was decent but this visit/customer service does not merit a good review or recommendation for the price of $70 for a few sandwiches. The establishment only offers a unisex/family bathroom which could be inconvenient with small children.

Probably one of the worst lattes I’ve ever had. Tasted like straight oat milk. We got two different types trying to see If maybe it was just one of ours. Nope just straight oat milk and no espresso. The staff was super nice though, but may need more training.

Customer service was so rude. Yelled at my nephew to “speak up” while ordering. Food was expensive and in my mom’s words: “I think that was the worst sandwich I have ever had”. I added salt, pepper, hot sauce and my bag of chips to my sandwich to try and get some flavor. Please do yourself a favor and never go here.

Breakfast burrito was delicious! Service was great. Neat how they assign you a celebrity name they’ll call for you to pick up your order – mine was Julia Roberts.

If you’re wondering why the neighboring breakfast spot “Daily Bread” is full and this restaurant is empty, it’s because this place is not good. Food wasn’t good, service was worse. Do yourself a favor and have a much better experience at another restaurant.

Over priced burrito especially since they use processed meats.

We came here because it is, surprisingly, one of the few places in downtown Glenwood Springs with outdoor seating. The atmosphere outdoors was just the cozy, relaxing setting we were looking for! Sacred Grounds has way more than coffee; their menu is huge with plenty of comfort food options! That said, the portions were smaller than I’d hoped, and the food not as fresh as I’d expected. If you’re looking for basic, no-frills food, then this is your place–but don’t expect anything amazing. Atmosphere & service: 4/5; taste & portions: 3/5.
