Came here last night for my Birthday. My steak was excellent fill of flavor. By girlfriend got the ribs. They were fall off the bone delicious. The Mac and cheese is amazing. They give large portions of the sides, the wait staff was on point. Overall excellent place to go. Pictures are NY Strip and Mac n Cheese.

I have eaten at Saddles several times. It has been EXCELLENT, each time. My server was Sarah. She is attentive, and completely on top of each part of the serving and timing sequences, such as greeting, checking in with how guests are doing, seating, and preferred location, menu offerings and questions guest may have, offering cocktails and delivering in a timely fashion, taking appetizer orders & timely delivery of them, food ordering, etc., etc., The wine is excellent, the prime rib cooked perfectly, and tender and juicy. Came with a baked potato with a large plate of potato fixings! The decor was heartwarming as I am from an equestrian family background. I had good salads, appetizers, bread and the veggies were unbelievable! Dessert very nice and, I even had extra to share some leftovers with my Doghter Yoshi, who was very pleased indeed! I have been to Saddles 3 times. I brought a couple friends and look forward to taking my engaged daughter as this is a perfect venue for a wedding reception and bridal party guests to stay from out of town. I can’t wait to have a large family event here as my father use to ride a police horse in SAN Francisco and Saddles has horse statues, cowboy boots and Saddles adorning the walls, bar and restaurant walkways. It’s like a mini museum and tastefully done. I also can’t wait to try the brunch in the very near future. This is an upscale restaurant and perfect for impressing any guests with the finer tastes of the good life!

The food is so wonderful and when we were there three days ago the staff could not have been nicer, happier or more efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the restaurant is under renovation and food is served in the library. It would be nice if there was a notice on the website that states this. We were there for over an hour and we were the only one there. I hope the staff hangs in there as it’s tough for them right now

We went in July for our anniversary and had a lovely meal in the garden room. On a Wednesday evening in September we took friends, 4 ordered prime rib and 2 ordered salmon. The prime rib arrived in large soup bowls, luke- warm with hot au jus poured over it. Very disappointing! Beautiful atmosphere but that’s not the way to serve prime rib.

Saddles is our FAVORITE…we’re Sonoma locals with many other options, so that’s saying a lot. Our dining experiences have always been worthy of 5 Stars. We usually can’t pass up their mouth-watering steaks but other choices have been just as well received. Their well-trained service staff is unobtrusive and extremely helpful…and we’ll happily add a standing ovation for Saddle’s excellent Chef and her knowledgable staff. Our out-of-town guests always request an encore and we’re happy to oblige.
