I have eaten a lot of Indian food in my life and this is hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had- heck it might be the best meal I’ve ever had. Magical and amazing. Extensive and vibrant vegetarian menu too! Absolutely worth the journey for me to get there (even though I live over in NY state). Every bit of eating here is utterly perfect. (The photos might make the food appear humble- but it is anything but- it’s divine)

A family owned indian restaurant I’ve grown to love. Recommended by a co-worker, Saffron Indian Cuisine Restaurant has become one of my “guilty pleasures” on my way home from work. Located on a main strip in Norwalk, it is one of thee best Indian Restaurants I’ve eaten at in Connecticut and would recommend it anyone open to having a delicious and tasty meal.

Stopped by on a trip through town with 2 little kids who are difficult to please with food. However, they loved the Butter Chicken dish and the Naans, and my wife and I thought the other dishes we sampled were also delicious. Owner was extremely pleasant and the service was fantastic. Will probably go out of our way to stop by again if we’re ever nearby.

This was my go to place for authentic dhaba style Indian food for more than 7-8 years. It takes me 40 minutes to go there. I have recommended few friends as well. The food was good until recently, couple of weeks ago, I ordered a takeout and was greatly disappointed. All I got was mostly gravy and few small pieces of chicken and lamb. It was as if I was given leftovers. For the time and money I spent, I felt cheated. I will never go there again.

Excellent place for Indian food. I was looking for vegetarian options and this place was recommended. The owners are very friendly and would also provide suggestions for food. Tip: If you are visitor from India, the spice level suggested would be 10(as anything else would taste bland for our taste buds)
