Good but not great BBQ. Ribs were more baked than smoked with some unrendered fat and some cool parts. They had a sweet cranberry sauce when they came out that was nice but not like some places that feature the meat with sauce optional. The fried cabbage w/ bacon was a fun change and the cornbread was good but would have been great warmed up a little.

This place is really good. At first I was a little unimpressed with the menu selections, and am used to traveling out of my way for highly rated BBQ, but after getting the ribs/pork/brisket sampler I will definitely be back to try more. The portions were more generous than I was expecting, especially the brisket, which I thought was perfectly juicy and tender with a nice black pepper seasoning, but the ribs and pork were both really good as well. The sides are hit or miss – the coleslaw and cabbage weren’t favorites of ours, but the beans were great and the mac n cheese had a sharp cheddar bite to it which we really enjoyed. All in all, it’s nice having a local place to really scratch that BBQ itch.

Often take kids for quick fix meal between school & evenings activities. Dance, Softball, Vollyball, Basketball or Swim! Pretty quick ! Sometimes grab the Family Plan Style and bring it all on home! Melts in your mouth ! Highly recommend! Great folks too. May seem $$ but you won’t be hungry! Always some left over for tomorrow’s lunch.

Good food, open in summer season. They can run out of ribs when people place very large orders. Not a bad deal for the money. Next to Chen’s Kitchen, and near Ace Hardware. Post Office is nearby, as well as Dunkin Donuts, Friendly’s, McDonald’s, and MaryLou’s. Located off exit 1 on Route 3. Sagamore Beach Park and Ride is also at this exit, and a Shell gas station.

wife and i walked in at 1-28-18 around 130 pm to a very warm and friendly welcome soon as you walk in you feel and smell the home cooking i had the Taco sampler it was to die for it was that good corn bread was also very well done had some coleslaw was yummy but could be chopped a bit finer but was yummy wife had pulled pork sandwich coleslaw and side of mac and cheese it was yummy also i will most def return again service was fast and very nice person that took our order i will recommend this Small place but was great food and well done Great job
