So happy they opened in this area as we really needed a good sushi restaurant. I go here just about every week with my husband. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The servers are nice and the atmosphere is relaxing . Def recommend!

We dined on the first night of their soft opening. Right as we walked in I loved the minimalistic aesthetic of the restaurant and the cleanliness. The staff was attentive and our waitress was great. Their menu has a good variety of options, however, at the time we dined they were not serving everything on their menu (that may have changed now). What we did try was their sashimi special platter and a few specialty sushi rolls. Overall the quality and freshness of food was good—love the plating. The only gripe I had was that our sashimi was cut unevenly and some pieces were not cut all the way through. For being a special platter I expected thicker cuts (this is offered at many other sushi places). In addition, the speciality sushi rolls were also very small. Considering they’re almost twice the cost of the classic rolls I expected more. I know they are still working out some kinks from their soft launch and hope they will consider some of this feedback. Looking forward to trying out other menu items in a few weeks.

Went in for take out. Food fantastic!! Lobster roll… Crab Rangoon… can’t rember other was I think Japanese fried chicken… I’m so full …. I’ve not even tried the green tea cheesecake.

We had an app, sushi, and ramen and everything was delightful! We can’t wait until they get their liquor license so we can enjoy a cocktail with our dinner next time. The only thing I think could be improved is the atmosphere. I love the booths and how they are private, but it was sooo bright and quiet even at a later dinner time. Dim the lights and add some quiet background music until the restaurant gets busier and the noise of people drowns out the silence. Highly recommend.

My mother and I went here for Mother’s Day dinner. We were greeted right away by a friendly hostess who sat us according to our table preference. We ordered a little bit of everything : miso soups, avocado salad, shrimp hibachi, salmon carpaccio, crab Rangoon, garlic shrimp, and the mushroom skewer. You could taste the freshness of the food including the vegetables and side sauce. The entrees were plated nicely. The vibe of the staff was as if they were there to serve us a personalized experience. Hands down, best Japanese restaurant in Sun City. Must try!
