I was so excited to see Sagebrush open here in Corbin. We were seated quickly. The wait staff was super friendly. Our appetizer was potato skins, which were amazing. The problem showed up when our entrees arrived. Both my husband and I had ordered chicken dishes that were served over rice. The chicken itself was wonderful. The rice on the other hand was not. Part of the rice was hard and inedible. The manager made it up to us, and we will come back and give it another shot, but I was disappointed.

Blackened shrimp was more mesquite than blackened, Caesar salad was full of water, they replaced it and the dressing was really bad tasting. Fried pickles chips were excellent.

The wife and I had never eaten at a Sagebrush restaurant before, so we didn’t know what to expect. From the decorations, to the staff, to the food….we were definitely pleased and plan on visiting again.

Went here for lunch recently. We chose the build your own appetizer sampler. All the apps were delicious and the portions were surprisingly large. The steak entrees we ordered were fantastic, cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor.

I went out to eat with my family, a small party. Had to wait but that was no big deal. Was told I was going to get one server but got another one. I would have definitely preferred the other girl over the waitress I had. At first everything was fine but towards the middle of the meal our server got snotty and her service just kept getting worse and worse. At the end when we left her her tip ($5 was more than generous for the service we received) we heard her complaining about the “five effing dollars” we left her. We are generous people and would have left more had the service hadn’t been terrible. Food was great but the service could be better. Be sure that you do NOT get hailey when you are being waited on! She is the worst server I have ever had

Our party of three was seated immediately, and our drink orders taken. The service was fast and friendly. I got salmon, baked potato, and green beans. It was delicious! My husband enjoyed his steak that was cooked to order. Dinner for the two of us, two cocktails for me and two beers for him was under $50. We will definately come back to this restaurant.

Waitress was great , but as for the food it was horrible .After over a hour waiting on our food to arrive , My steak came out raw and I’m not talking about a little pink but blood all over my plate ( asked for well done ) and it was sent back to be sent back out completely crispy charred black but still raw on the inside . Items were missing from our order things were mixed on wrong plates , it was a complete disaster . Would not recommend!!

Awesome new place to have an excellent meal in Corbin. The food is prepared exactly to order and served by a friendly staff that is prompt and accurate. Our experience here was top shelf. The menu offers a great variety. The Marshall Dillon Ribeye is a tasty steak which is marinated for deeper flavor. The potato soup is excellent as well. Certainly a place we will enjoy again soon.

Went in with great expectations, never been so disappointed with food ANYWHERE EVER, it was called a ribeye steak more like shoe tongue baked potatoe was more like taken from fridge and thrown on a plate. Server was great, all those people standing at door was as friendly as a viper ready for the strike. AGAIN THIS IS NO PLACE TO GO AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
