They had the most amazing food, we got the gyro plate and the kebab platter. Then, it started pouring outside, and one of the many extremely kind workers came and gave us tea to wait out. HIGHLY recommend the Turkish tea, it was delicious!

We are from out of town visiting family and they brought us here for dinner. All the food was delicious! I tried a little bit of everyone’s. We got the veggie platter, gyro plate, Mansaf, and Sahara Mixed Grill. The Mansaf was cooked to perfection. The lamb fell right off the bone. It was so good. We also had the tea and Turkish coffee which were excellent as well.

The family that runs Sahara is beyond kind, welcoming, gracious. I adore them. And that’s not to mention the food! Absolutely delicious, well priced, comes out fast. I got the gyro plate and finished the whole thing. The restaurant is also beautiful inside and it feels very much like being at home because of how it’s decorated but mostly because of the family that runs Sahara being so warm and welcoming.

Our family of four stopped in for a quick bite. As always, the owner was lovely and welcoming. Our meals were delicious. My five-year-old son devoured his falafel sandwich and my daughter loved the tea service. We brought home some baklava for later. It’s one of my faves, not too sweet and topped with crushed pistachios.
