The food was excellent, but our server was not good. There were 4 of us, and only 3 entrées came out , so we had to flag down our waitress to find out where our other entrée was. The food did come out very fast. In the end, we had to ask for to go boxes and the check from someone else cause we never saw our server again.

Whenever my sister and I eat here, we are beyond thrilled with the food and customer service! We always order the following: Vegan vegetable tempura, vegan summer rolls, vegan crispy tofu, and vegan potato curry with tofu! Everything we always order is made top notch! We absolutely recommend this restaurant! It is one of the best (if not the best) Thai restaurant in the buffalo-Niagara area!

ordered a beef dish and a seafood dish through door dash. The beef was actually very spoiled, smelled something like garbage. The seafood was also not fresh but not as bad as the beef. Never again.

Three of us dined at the Niagara Falls Blvd location on 6-10-23 for lunch at about 2:30pm. We had appetizers and entrees. All of our food was excellently prepared and delicious! Our server, Jasmina, was amazing! She’s very nice, has a pleasant demeanor, is professional and respectful to her customers, and she got all of our orders correct. She checked on us several times during our meal without being intrusive. She’s a fantastic asset to your restaurant. We have dined here for many years. Normally I would give you a 5 star rating. However, during this visit on 6-10-23 I would have given you a big fat ZERO stars if I could. The manager, an older Asian woman, small in stature, was screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs at the kitchen staff in the kitchen and at the servers who were in the restaurant taking care of customers, and at an employee who she was on the phone with. We could even hear her while she was screaming in the kitchen with the doors closed. This went on for a good 15-20 minutes while we were eating our meals. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR coming from a manager, and not something one should do within earshot of customers who pay good money to dine here. She was very mean-spirited, hateful and nasty to the staff. I feel very sorry for anyone has to work under this tyrant manager. I don’t know if we will go back again to dine there because of this experience. And I doubt that manager even cares.

Pho- great beef flavor and aroma. The broth is more on the oily side. Downside is that no basil, only bean sprout and lime. Ask for chili oil for spice. Forgot to take picture of the pho bowl before eating- Pho bowl looks appetizing.

Tempura cheesecake was perfect ending to a delicious meal. From appetizers like chicken satay and tempura vegetables to Saigon fried rice entree and hot and sour soup, there are many yummy dishes ro choose. There are also a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The waitress was very friendly and patient as we asked about unfamiliar dishes. Nice time all around.

I have been trying most pho restaurants nearby my place. And I think here is one of top 3 restaurants in my mind. I often order pho here, but today I tried different dishes. I was worried at first about the taste since I’ve never tried before. However, far as I was worried, food was awesome.

What incredible soups!!! I had the Tom Kahr Vegan, which has a coconut milk base and is incredible! The fried veggies (vegetable tempura) was an amazing treat! Thank you to. the wonderful waiter staff and whoever the incredible talent in the kitchen is!! We’ll be back often
