Strongly not recommend. First, the flavor is just so so. Second and the worst thing, look at the picture, no bowl is provided, SO I HAVE TO USE THE BOX TO EAT SOMETHING CALLED NOODLE SOUP. Called them and got the answer: you can put it in the bowl when you get home. Ok, so what about my lunch? I was in work and wanted to prefer something as lunch, then you asked me to use a bowl. Who takes a bowl to work, just for your noodle soup you mean? Hahahah. What a restaurant, good for saving your budget ha? Worst Vietnamese restaurant experience.

I I just picked up combination fried rice, and it is the most tasteless thing I have ever tasted The rice was very hard and uncooked. The vegetables were raw only two pieces of shrimp in the rice it was a horrible experience. I will never go back. And this is all going under my email. And I do not recommend this place. they are definitely going downhill. Do not recommend.

First time trying Saigon Basil, and it did not disappoint. I ordered online for pick-up, and the food was ready soon after being placed! Delicious, good portions, and at a decent price. Other than the white rice being a little sticky, it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back 🙂

The food and boba here is pretty good! Staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was never too pack where you’ll have to wait. Pick up times for Togo has always been fairly fast and they accept Apple Pay! Overall a great spot to grab some good Vietnamese food!

The service was okay. The pho could have been a bit more hot. It was okay not the best spot. They serve tapioca drinks which gives them the advantage. We ordered some chicken spring rolls and really I would not order again they barely had any chicken might as well asked for veggie rolls.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! They took my order and brought the food and never checked back. I needed refill, gave wrong sauce, needed more napkins and lemon. They didn’t bother to check if I needed anything else. The girl had the crappiest attitude. Little does she know I work for a secret shop company and a manager for a major company and used to work in the industry!Order to go if you must bc if you go in for lunch you won’t get much from them!
