I’ve lived in Hudson Bend for a long time and have been coming to Saigon Cafe for years now! The owners are lovely and their space makes me feel cozy. I’m a vegetarian and they always accommodate my needs. I used to be vegan and they can make curry without fish sauce. The green curry with tofu is my go to. The food is delicious and never disappoints. One of my favorites 🙂

Owners are very personable and will remember you if you frequent the location. And the food is fantastic!!!! My favorites are chicken pad Thai, Vermicelli noodle bowl with charcoal pork and egg rolls. I’ve actually Tried 80% of the menu and have not in the least bit been dissatisfied. The meal you order will definitely leave a lasting mark on your taste buds that can only be satisfied by the great SAIGON CAFE!!!

This is one of those situations where you should not judge a book by it’s cover. Saigon Cafe in a tiny little strip mall on Hudson Bend Rd. is amazing. We get the spicy lemongrass noodles with tofu and vegetables. Perfect level of spice and sooo flavorful. We love how they prepare their tofu too. It has a great texture and is nicely browned. Great for vegans! I mean just look at it! It’s a thing of beauty! My husband and I could literally eat this every day.
