Saigon Café is consistently very good; both in service and delicious food. The spring Rolls are always freshly made. Tofu can be either Fried or not. The Beef Phó is very good with a nice and fresh side of the traditional toppings.

Pretty good Vietnamese restaurant for Santa Fe. The staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind that dishes have been adjusted to fit the local palette. Pho broth is good, perhaps just a bit too sweet for me. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Good to eat in or to take out.

Not the best I have been. What I like about Vietnamese food is the taste of freshness and delicate balance of sour, sweet and spicy.

Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. None is the meat is gluten-free as it is all marinated in soy sauce, even the meat options for soup. The tofu is safe. The steamed tofu is a pillow, the fried tofu is a little chewy so it is a good protein substitute if you are gluten free.

One of my favorite spots in Santa Fe! I get the curry soup with fried tofu weekly!

Me and most of my cousins ordered the beef pho. It was perfect. My other cousins got the fried rice with shrimp, which was pretty darn good! We recommend this place!
