The wait staff here are so friendly and attentive and the food was great! I tried the jungle curry with chicken and the 2-piece fresh shrimp rolls. The curry is a different style than “traditional” Thai curry because it doesn’t have any coconut milk and the flavors were so rich and strong! It was a hearty serving with a bowl of aromatic rice. The shrimp rolls also had chicken in them, which I’m not used to so I thought they were good but a little different. Peanut sauce was delicious (who doesn’t like peanut sauce?) with a splash of sriracha on top. Fresh vegetables and decent flavor is a 5 star experience in Ridgecrest!

Ordered a duck curry to go. Get back to the hotel and it’s all duck skin. Got me good. Place is about as good as the rest ridgecrest. 30 dollar kick in the groin

Absolute let-down. The owner took my order, and mid sentence, she simply walked away. Every one of my questions was either ignored entirely, or greeted with short, angry responses. I thought maybe I was being sensitive until I saw another customer treated the same way – mid question she walked away on them.

Tried the lunch special. If the waitress asked if you want chicken broth or salad , please don’t choose chicken broth, because it will be basically clear broth in small bowl. I should opt for salad. Anyway the lunch special with meat option chicken or pork at $13.99 , basically you get your main course, 1 spring roll and you can upgrade getting a thai tea at $1 and Boba at $0.75. Taste of the pad thai was ok. But if I come back I will definitely try their Pho.

Excellent food. The taste of the dishes were great. Unlike what the name suggests, the decoration was more based on Thailand and the Thai dishes were great. The Thai Iced tea and the fried rice dishes were especially good.

It’s a great little place, average to decent food. The hours listed aren’t accurate; most of the time when I attempt to go in the afternoon it’s closed or they’ll shoo you out.

This place was a ton of fun. It’s pretty small, and it was crowded which is a good sign. I was a little bit surprised because the name suggests it’s vietnamese, but it seemed like 50% if not more of the menu was Thai. I got the drunken noodles lunch combo, and asked for it to be Thai spicy. The spice level was perfect, not unbearable but definitely up there. I could still feel it in my ears 20 minutes after finishing the food.

Good food, I will come back. Wish they’d provide more rice with their dishes. Rice is cheap… Don’t skimp!!

We had Pho beef and Bun Bo Nuong Cha Gio (noodle with grilled beef and spring rolls). Both were good and worth the price with big portion and quality meat – plenty of meat in our order. Dinner for two could run around $20-$25 which is normal. Staff were nice and customer oriented.
