Amazing food and friendly customer service. They are doing outdoor seating too. You order and pay inside first and they’ll seat and serve you outside if you want to dine out. I’m normally not a fan of pho especially this hot season but I needed it for a hangover and it totally fixed me up. They also have very extended menu of rice plates and salad noodles bowls. Dragon fruit mango lemonade and tropical refresher is a must try!! Highly recommend!

Our chicken pho was great, but sadly the cashier tried to charge us $33 for it. I’d sent my daughter in to pay and he helped himself to a 50% tip. We will not be back. 🙁

First time here. Ordered a small Special Combo Pho and it was the first time I’ve finished my noodles before the meats. They give you a generous amount! I’m from OC Cali and we are spoiled with Pho down there. So, finding a pho spot in Olympia that is this good is a gem! The setting is nice and quiet! Will definitely come back!

Pho Saigon Fusion #8 has been my go to pho restaurant for almost 10 years, I believe. I love the staff and the food is always amazing quality, as well as their drinks. I recommend the dragon fruit lemonade <3

One of my favorite places! I have been going here for a while, and the new remodel is gorgeous! I love to get the bánh mì and the lemonade. The vegetarian Pho is great, especially since it’s difficult to find good vegetarian (no beef) broth. The staff is nice, and it’s a great place to go with a friend.

Great pho! This pho is definitely the best in east oly/lacey area. I usually go for a fattier broth but the broth was so clear and the herbs/spices were truly medicinal in their effect. I was healed physically by this soup and I didnt even think there was any thing wrong with me. As I type this review with full belly and clear mind, I can feel my chakras are open and balanced. This pho definitely rivals the thuy’s pho I had last week for best pho in oly. Although, I’d go so far to say it’s apples and oranges. The pho here truly stands on it’s own compared to other places, as I like to say, “die die, must-try!” Gotta go here if you want to claim you’ve tried the best pho in Oly!
