First time in the area and decided to try this place out. I ordered fresh springs rolls (minus pork) and the chicken pho. The restaurant was steady and it took about 15 minutes after placing my order to receive it. I enjoyed the customer service, peanut sauce and broth, but the chicken was dry and flavorless. I will happily try this place again and avoid the proteins.

Consistently delicious and great value! Highly recommend the Beef Pho, I have tried other things but the regular size with a very tiny pinch of the chili sauce is my favorite. I have been going to Saigon Noodle Bar at least every other month (sometimes biweekly) for the last three years. The restaurant is clean, they can usually seat you immediately, and even during the lunch hour they are pretty fast. One of the head servers always remembers my order and even got an order started and served to my husband and I without having to officially order.

Decent food for the price! Dishes came out fresh and fast. Staff was helpful, lots of seating. Our table really liked the chicken and rice and the fresh spring rolls—peanut sauce was delicious! The broths and noodles were decent but not really my flavor preference, so I’d definitely try some other things on the menu next time.

Our first time at the restaurant. It is sort of hidden off the road and hence you go there on purpose. Once there, the restaurant itself is very modern and tastefully decorated and also quite spacious. The people who work there are extremely friendly and very helpful. We had the spring rolls, the chicken curry, and the vegan pho. The vegan pho was quite outstanding. Very delicious and had the right mix of soup and the noodles and the faux meat. Our server also suggested adding their spicy sauce to the pho, which made it even spicier. Yummy! The chicken curry was also very delicious. The curry is different from both the Thai and Indian curries and hence surprisingly refreshing in taste. We would go here again.
