This is an amazing and efficient little restaurant, I’ve had the sandwiches which are all good , my fave plates are the spring rolls appetizers and peanut sauce, lemongrass chicken and shaking beef over the garlic noodles! They also have great Thai tea and bobas and their seasonal smoothies are bomb!

Saigon Noodles in Salinas has been opened for 5 years. Their restaurant is VERY VERY CLEAN and the decor is simple but nice. The staff was friendly, and was willing to make some adjustments to what we wanted for our order.

Food is great when you dine in. Take out does not taste the same 🙁 I got the pho chicken noodle and the chicken tastes like rotisserie chicken. My bf got the rare flank steak pho and it had weird slimy pieces of something. It was either fat or something else. I will only dine in from now on :/

I’m sorry but lemongrass chicken is not lemon grass. Menu need to be change to chicken CURRY and it was salty as hell. Need to update Menu book especially on drinks. Did not know drinks with boba shot up to $7. Not sure how new management run the place but you don’t put cilantro on pho soup. It’s not Pho nomore.
