Stumbled upon Saigon Restaurant & Bar in the heart of downtown Cleveland, surrounded by vibrant food joints, bustling bars, and groovy live music. The server suggested I try their pho and pork spring rolls – best advice I’d had all day! Tasting those flavors stirred nostalgic memories of warm family gatherings around a hearty bowl of pho. I left delighted with my dining choice and strongly recommend you to check this place out if you’re around.

My fiancé and I drive 35 minutes weekly to come get pho. I am currently pregnant and it’s the only thing I crave. It is seriously the only pho around we have found that is actually delicious. The noodles are always cooked perfectly and the thin raw beef is exactly what pho should be, none of that chunky pepper steak style beef. The staff is always incredibly friendly, they even have our order memorized that’s how often we come eat. 11/10 would recommend. Thank you Saigon for always hitting the pho craving spot!

Delicious food that I enjoyed with my sister on a Thursday night. Started with a spring roll with a gluten-free friendly sauce – it was more of like a sweet and sour sauce with a little kick. And then we shared fried rice with shrimp and the traditional-stir fry with chicken that came with jasmine rice. Both were excellent. The menu is clearly marked so you know which ones are gluten-free or can be made gluten free. I need to also be dairy free and most of those dishes are dairy-free as well. There is seating inside or outside. Don’t be deterred by the lack of people you may not see. The owner and staff are very friendly and aim to please.

I live above Saigon on E 4th. I eat here/order take out at least 3x a week. I’ve traveled all of the world. Might be one of my favorite restaurants ever. I bring all my out town friends here. Recommendations: Shrimp Rolls, Pho & Crispy Pork Roll Rice Noodles dish. Really can’t go wrong.

Nice outside seating. I picked this placed based on the number of positive reviews here. Pho was much better than I expected for a city not know for their asian population. It actually might be in my top 10. It’s a bit pricey though.
