I have been eating at Saigon Restaurant since at least 1995, and I love their food. Hands down, they have the best egg rolls I have ever eaten (and I’m not usually a fan of egg rolls). Their noodles (especially their Hu Tiu Tom) are out of this world good, and their Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) is insanely, addictively good.

I rarely write reviews but the lady was just plain rude.This is just mainly for their website don’t use it if you plan on doing online ordering, I ordered food and paid online for it to say the order didn’t process through but it still took out the transaction. I called just to confirm if they had the order seeing that it went through my bank card but when I called the lady started questioning me if I actually ordered and kept asking if I had the right place. The transaction said “Saigon restaurant Fort Wayne” and that I can come in to show that the transactions went through and she kept questioning me like I didn’t know where I ordered from. All I just wanted was to see if it went through didn’t need to argue back and forth over it. I understand if the ticket didn’t go on your end but my end the transaction has already been made. Spent 30 dollars to get nothing. None the less DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. Either way through my experience of eating at that restaurant I have had some of their waitress be rude or act like we’re not there. Just overall am never getting food from here again very disappointed especially when you can get pho for cheaper and better at other places.

I love Saigon don’t get me wrong and have been eating it for years too since my fiancé first introduced me to it. Each year their prices keep going up, they almost always forget my egg rolls or something, they only put a few pieces of shrimp in my soup which is ridiculous considering the price you guys charge. I’m disappointed as every year keeps getting bigger in price but less in meat and my carry out order doesn’t get the same kind of meat treatment versus if I was to dine in and have that experience. I’m also annoyed bc I paid $50 for 3 meals and 3 egg rolls and barely got sauces too….

Food and service was good. they were able to accommodate our large group even during a busy lunch hour without much wait time. the order also came in quickly. the food was tasty as well.
