I went a few weeks ago on Father’s Day with my family. Finally, I have the chance to tell everyone what a splendid, satisfying experience it is to have breakfast at this cafe. The service is amazing, the food is beyond words, and the price is good for the amount you receive. I strongly recommend the pancakes on the special menu!! I won’t spoil the incredible, delicious surprise!!

The new management duo is SO nice. Friendly and reasonable young guys. Breakfast really hit the spot. I had the veggie Benedict. Beautifully poached eggs and yummy hollandaise. Also had a seasonal arugula salad with strawberries and blueberries and lemme tell ya, that produce was FRESH. If you want a place to eat in rocky neck, stop here.

Waited 50 minutes for a table for 5 and was seated in the corner of the deck for a table for 3 with chairs on the corner DIRECTLY in the sun while another group walked in and was seated under an umbrella in less than 5 minutes… asked for a coffee upon arrival and it’s been 1.5 hours and the only thing on my table is water…. after the wait for our food we are told that they are out of all ham products. I hope they enjoy the food they cooked for nothing because their service is absolutely horrible and we will NEVER be back ever. Enjoy your 150$ loss

Try the Veggie McStan! Open-faced breakfast sandwich…sauteed fresh chunks of tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach topped with a fried egg covered with a slice of perfectly melted American cheese…all on top of 2 lightly grilled English muffins. Added a side of hashbrowns for an extra $1.

I went here as a memorial tour. This was the first stop for my husband and a friend of mine back in 2013. It was Cinco De Mayo and we ate a fantastic breakfast before heading to the ocean. The day did not end well, but my memory of Sailor Stan’s is a good and happy one so I visited again 5 years later.

We ate in quite a few places in this area. We were quite thrilled to come across this down to earth, friendly affordable eatery. The waitress we had oozed personality and informative……

Excellent!! Cute, cozy coffee shop and breakfast restaurant in the heart of the Rocky Neck Art area of Gloucester. Beautiful area so be sure to check it out.

Decent fair but a bit pricey compared to local alternatives. Tries too hard at being new age yuppie and not hard enough at embracing its working class fisherman past. Portions are conservative.
