I’d only give this place a 2 star because the food wasn’t terrible. And the ambience was decent. I ordered the French dip which the meat was nicely cooked and seasoned, not too lean or dry. The bun was also toasted with a slight crunch. I added $3 for a salad and I got a small handful of a salad. The service is non-existent. If you’re in a rush (have only about an hour or so), don’t come here. The food took over 45 mins to come and I only got water poured for me after 35 mins of sitting down. You get waved off when you try to flag down a server. The place was about less than half full, I don’t understand how food can take this long to come out. In a busy airport such as Newark, I had expected better service (especially for the price point). The ordering system also automatically sets you to give 18% tips. Check before you pay.

A little pricey for what you’re getting but not unreasonable for airport food. The omelette was good when eaten warm. The waffles were basic and really sweet. Service was slow and waiters while nice didn’t come around often so you have to get up to flag them down.

Decent food, slow service, very high airport prices. On a long layover I decided to stop. I had an iced tea, chicken paillard salad, and onion soup totaling $58 with tip. I shouldn’t have tipped 20%. There is no service. You order by QR code and they bring the food to your table and that’s it. No follow up, no refills. The flavor of the food was good, but the salad was a little over dressed and too salty. The iced tea was great; strong like it should be, but at $5, there should have been at least one refill. I discovered this as I tried asking one of the servers who told me while walking by without slowing a beat. Service wasn’t rude but definitely not friendly. No water offer, nothing. Glad I had a bottle with me.

The worst place to eat or drink in the whole airport.

Probably the only good, not counting the value for money spent, thing was quality of the food. Burger was delicious and Nicosia salad was a very good. Love the craft beer selection. It’s pricey, but that’s airport location. Service is weird. You have to scan QR code, enter personal data to pay. Doesn’t work well, because you have to wait for prolonged period to get a food order. Some previous guests told us to to inquire to the server. Then everything unfolded. The best is to enter the premise not to wait the hostess. Nobody was there to seat you. Some guests left, some seated themselves. Ambiance is standard, but be careful, floor is very slippery, specially towards the back of room

If you come ready for airport price points, you won’t be disappointed by the high quality ingredients and attentive service.

If you get your food, it is very decent for airport food, if quite pricey. However, on my most recent visit I ordered, waited for more than an hour (you are fully charged, including tip, before you ever get anything at your table) and never got my food. Staff was uniquely unhelpful and refused to check with kitchen. I eventually had to leave because otherwise I would have missed my flight. The vendor makes it incredibly difficult to reach anyone and request a refund – so I am still out my money….

This location is in the United Airlines Hub. The food was superb! We had eggs any way, sausages, and delightful Idaho potatoes,– delicious! The service was excellent and the playlist was spot-on! The price was pricey and the online order was a bit of a hassle. I would have preferred a human person taking my order and interaction with me. Overall a great breakfast experience. Coffee was good, just wanted more cream.

I really was excited to have some bubbles and escargot… the prosecco was fine just kinda warm maybe the glass recently was taken out of the washer? The escargot was horrible. No garlic or parsley and the butter used was definitely unsalted. When I asked for parsley they stated they don’t have any on the line and came with giant cloves of garlic which seemed a bit excessive. If you can’t make it right, take it off the menu or say you are out. The tuna nicoise was also quite sad. One green bean, mostly iceberg lettuce, and the tuna is not even nice canned tuna… it was very white and flavorless. Crazy disappointing $80 meal in a beautiful space…

The food is mediocre, it is not bad or good. I actually liked how they didn’t make things too sweet or salty. What really got me was the fact that it took 40 minutes to get our food. The place wasn’t even busy. Considering this is an airport where boarding times are crucial, delay in service is critical.
