This is an experience myself or my family will not forget. The moment we walked through the door, the place is beautiful. They promptly sat us and our servicer Josh, who was so polite and accommodating came over and took care of us. From drinks to appetizers with special requests and then onto Luis, our Hibachi chef, who made it very memorable with his humor and talent. Simply said, the entire experience was a pleasure and just as importantly, the food was out of this world. Top quality food and service from Saito in Dania Pointe. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.

My food was amazing. What infuriated me about the night was that i felt waitress was trying to get over on me. She bought my check to the table, my son’s looked at it, not me. But I gave my credit card to pay. But when she bought the check back for me to sign, she didn’t bring the original receipt. I feel she INTENTIONALLY didn’t bring me my original receipt so that i couldn’t look at it to double-check to see the TIP WAS ALREADY INCLUDED. So I would’ve been leaving her a double tip. SHE LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. *** I PLAN TO CALL THEIR MANAGER AND CORPORATE. *** THAT’S ROBBERY. And her service was horrible. I had to ask for water, and she forgot to bring us our cocktails in the beginning.

If I was grading on service alone, I would be giving a one star. We were at the establishment for an hour and a half with 40 minutes being from waiting for a chef and an extra 5 minutes because the staff forgot to turn on the stove.

Went Saturday fir lunch. Dinning menu applicable. Service was off, one waitress for the whole place. Hibachi chef was in a hurry, fried rice upgrade ($3.95 per person) for frying rice with 1/2 egg, nothing else on the fried rice: not great We ordered the skirt steak hibachi, and it was tough, more like flank than skirt.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The environment makes me feel like I’m literally in Japan. Everyone is super friendly, Warm, and Welcoming. I went here with my date and had the best time. I 100% recommended the Hibachi Tables!!! Our Hibachi Chef was Kong and he was super hilarious and Cool! I will definitely be coming back again!

Service was relatively quick as a walk in and our hibachi meal was delicious and on par with other Saitos restaurants I’ve been too, however lacking attention to detail my appetizer order of deep fried soft shell crab was missing a 1/4 of the crab as the legs were long gone before being fried. Other than that everything and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I came here for my birthday dinner! All the staff was so sweet and welcoming when we arrived. Hibachi chef was hilarious! My family and I had such a great time! We will definitely come back! Food was good too!

After much anticipation this place has finally opened and it is as good as expected! Got the hibachi of course and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and plenty. Drinks were tasty and refreshing. Hibachi chef Luis was very personable and friendly, we went with our baby who got scared of the fire at first and he made sure to entertain him to get him to smile. You can tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys it. We were the only ones at the table and got very good service from Jared as well. We will definitely return and likely become regulars 🙂

This place it’s in a great location, it looks really nice inside BUT the food was mediocre and the service is not that great. Think of a wanna be Benihana’s. After they sat us down we waited almost 40 minutes for a chef to come out. After the chef Lan came out he didn’t even say hello and didn’t acknowledge his table. He did not do not one trick for the table, no type of entertainment whatsoever. All he did was spell out I ❤️ U and it looked so bad I will share the picture. They are fairly new so I really hope they get better and also the food was bland. It needs flavor.
