I had an opportunity to have brunch here with my girlfriend and we had an amazing experience. We came here from Boston to celebrate my birthday. The food here is great. I had the lobster shrimp and grits with a guava mule. My girlfriend had the Bourbon Butter Chicken & Waffles. We both enjoyed it very much and will come here again. If you are in the area stop by this location. You will have a great time.

I went with my boyfriend for brunch and I have to say it was really good. The chicken and waffles were absolutely delicious. We ordered a handful of the apps. The brisket spring rolls were delicious and the catfish bites were really good. My boyfriend also ordered the wings and we took them to go.

Went here for a friend’s birthday Brunch. The restaurant is very cute inside. Unfortunately they only had 1 waitress and 1 bartender and the place was packed. The waitress tried her best so I will not fault her for the issues. We each ordered 1 drink (each between $14-16) and the $25 pp unlimited mimosas. Took a bit for her to take our food order and the food took a while to come out. Our main issue is that one of our friends meals never came out. Even when it was bought to their attention it still took forever to make it to the table. She ended up asking for it to be wrapped so she could bring it home. The apps and entrees were ok…nothing to write home about but also not bad. The vibes and the music were great. They gave my friend a sparkler and a dessert for her bday which was cute. After brunch we went upstairs to their lounge where they had a separate bar area, seating and a different dj. All very cute and if I lived closer I would definitely return.

The decor of Saje Kitchen restaurant is very nice. However the restaurant was a loud mix of staff socializing, young adult patrons, hip-hop music, and the door to the upstairs lounge continuously being opened and loudly slamming shut. Plus, the cold draft every time the door opened.

Wow. This is my second time at Saje and it’s exceeded my expectations both times, from the robust, tasty menu to the on-the-ball staff. I ordered the crab cakes, was skeptical because I wasn’t sure how seafood would be in Prov (we are from the Cape,) and I can honestly say it’s the best crab cakes I’ve ever had !!! Their selection of cocktails are impressive, and everyone was friendly and seemed like they loved being there, (hard to find these days!) Needless to say we can’t wait to come back.

Disappointing…. I was anticipating on my reservations here due to the hype on social media. Looked like a vibe and the food would be fiyah! Unfortunately, it was a miss for me. I didn’t like that we had to walk through the entrance of the lounge to the back of the lounge up a flight of dark stairway to where patrons would dine. Upstairs was small. It was cute, but it was makeshift. They focus more on the lounge then on the restaurant. That’s how it was a Perceived for me and my guests I don’t know if that’s the way its set up to be. The waiters were bringing the food up the dark stairway due to the kitchen being on the first floor. if you were going down to use the bathroom on the first floor, oh yeah, I forgot that part, you had to go down the stairs to go use the bathroom. So therefore, you were passing waitstaff with food up & down the stairs. Get this, the stairs light was so dim you really had to pay attention or else! Let’s talk about the food. It was mediocre at best. I just thought it was gonna be better. My mashed potatoes was a different temperature than my meat. It was tasteless. The chicken was good but nothing that’ll bring me there again. If I’m going to spend money I want my food to be really good. I just was disappointed. I wanted to so very much like this place. Disappointing. I felt that bad my friend from out of town did not like her food either.

Saje is always an amazing experience… whatever the mood calls for: brunch, lunch, dinner, casual drinks or a night out on the town – Saje has you covered. It’s a very cool, aesthetically appealing and very clean establishment. The menu is extensive, there’s something for everyone, they’re able to accommodate any allergy/dietary restrictions. Everything I’ve tried on the has been phenomenal – fresh, flavorful, great presentation and just delicious. It’s almost hard to decide to stick with your favorites or try something new. Full bar has everything you need – the drink menu is full of cute, colorful drink creations – and they just don’t look good for Instagram, they also taste delicious. The waitstaff, bartenders and management always delivers impeccable service.. everyone is extremely nice, friendly, attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable. If you happen to just go for drinks – you’ll love the bartenders, they make the best drinks and always serve them up with a smile and the BEST energy. The music is always great.. there’s always a nice mix of old & new songs to provide a nice vibe. reservations aren’t required but highly recommended because this place gets booked & busy.. highly recommended 10/10
